zero stars if i could, Keep It Nails is much better.
Wanted to try a customized manicure set and was told I can’t do it because all my nails have to be the same 😂 went inside keep it nails and she saw the picture and sat me down instantly

I’ve been going here for 8yrs and will no longer walk into this nail salon. ZERO STARS!! The only service I receive is eye waxing by the same tech that I’ve used for years! I always show her a picture of exactly how I want my eyebrows, and today she wanted to reiterate that’s she’s being doing eye brows for 10 yrs. I don’t understand why she was offended today….. During my service I had my eyes closed for a moment, once I opened my eyes I caught another tech taking a picture of my eyebrows while she was cleaning them up!! WHY WOULD YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR CUSTOMER WITHOUT THERE CONSENT??!! They are very rude, and unprofessional. I don’t understand, how you’re upset by a patron showing you exactly what they want when I’ve been spending my hard earn money at their establishment for years! Also, I better not see my picture anywhere on the internet. They are always rude to my community. YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

This is one of the worst place to get your nails done. They are impatient, unprofessional and just rude.
The Guy CT is the worst! he doesn't treat his clients with respect. He swears at them and give them an attitude, then charge extra. The employees will speak to each other about clients in there own language laughing. This behavior is so disrespectful, disgusting and out right rude!!!. I will never go back there!

I was given a manicure with thin watery gel polish with an awful dull finish. This was a rushed service done by an aggressive and rude technician . He wore glasses and an older guy there who should have known better than to display this behavior toward a first-time customer. He gave me a manicure with Tigers Eye polish that was most likely “old “so he rushed and tried to apply it thinking I would just accept it. This manicure/pedi was such poor quality that I returned the very next day to resolve this matter in a very reasonable manner. The female manager and this male were unapologetic and dismissive toward me. I’ll just report this business for questionable prices and licensing.

I have been coming to this shop for the past 5 years. I always have the best experience. The same lady has been doing my nails as well as my daughter’s nails the entire time. Although every one in here is excellent Whin is my favorite. If you haven’t been here you need to try them out.

I love this nails salon ! Very clean and neat . I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go . All I do is show them what I want and they make it happen . Need your nails to look amazing like mine spa #1 nails will get you right every time ! ❤️

Spa #1 Nails is a nice upscale neighborhood nails salon. My nail tech is Jenny, and the service is excellent every time I visit. She take her time to make sure my nails are exactly what I asked for. The pedicure is the best you would ever experience in a lifetime. When I get a pedicure I look forward to the massage. If you want a spa experience go to SAP #1 Nails.
