Her positive energy and authenticity made my experience stand out, and it’s clear she takes pride in both her work and her customers. Publix is fortunate to have a manager like LaShelle representing the brand.”
“My favorite store. Excellent meat selection. This store is always clean and quiet. I love the salad bar. One less star because it would be nice if someone was available to man the salad bar. "That's not my department" is what I always hear when I ask if there are any more caps for the salad dressing cups or if there is anymore Ranch dressing or cucumbers.”

“A shining reminent of a bygone era of grocery shopping. With a well trained staff of employees, the Easy Shop really takes you back to the grocery shopping experience of the 1950's-1990's. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and the items are reasonably priced. There isn't a self check out to be found, only smiling cashiers ready to check you out, paired with a bagger ready to bag up your groceries for you and help you load them into your vehicle.”

“I came in here one night after leaving buckaroo burritos and they had given my food away at that burrito place. I was so upset. I was not feeling well. I was under the weather. I had a cold that I had had for three weeks so I walked into Publix. They were about to close. I was so sad and when I got up to the counter, I saw the lady standing there with the subs and I ask her is it too late to get a sub And she kind of looked at me and didn’t say anything and I told her I was at buckaroo burritos next-door and I came in here to get some cough medicine. And was hoping I can get some food because Bucko burritos gave my food away after I payed for it online she said I’m sorry to hear that and the lady in the mist of putting all her sub sandwiches things away and this was like 10 minutes before the store was about to close. She stopped and she made me a nice sandwich You know that made my evening. I want to say so much thank you to that young lady that went above and beyond when one restaurant tried to ruin my night she made my night. Thank you so much for helping me young lady. It’s very appreciative for what you do.”

“The best Mom and Pop store on the south side. Very respectful employees, and excellent services. Just what we needed in the neighborhood. You can access anything from a nice cold drink to money orders. Open early and close late. Lucky is the way to go!!!!”

“I recently (like two days ago . . . shame on me I know, LOL!) started shopping at Food Depot and it's one of the BEST things to happen to me all 2025 and in a long while period.
Where do I even begin w/ the endless goodness of Food Depot?! The pricing is quite fair on their goods. The store layout is quite nice too! The grand total of what you'll spend on a cart of items (whether a full cart or partially full) is astounding and a welcomed relief. The customer service while at the register checking out (& otherwise) is really good too!
All in all: Food Depot is a much-needed & incomparable Community Gem and I'm super thankful to be a new, loyal customer. Keep up the amazing work (Management too!), especially at this Griffin location. It does NOT go unnoticed. Bravo!”

“Always good visit usually has everything I need on my list. One thing I wish they would bring back they had last year this time of year was jalapeno pineapple dip. That stuff was the bomb it wasn't too jalapeno but you could really taste the pineapple and it was really delicious with chips or other things of your choice. Really wish they would bring that back”
