Ordered a large 600lbs item that was lost in shipping. It was canceled and reorder per customer service. Then delayed in shipping. Contacted customer service. Was told the delivery date and that I could pick it up that same day . It arrived at the store at 7:02am so I stopped by the store at 3:30pm and was told it was not ready to come back tomorrow. After 3 weeks of waiting I just cancel the order. Poor customer service.

I purchased an appliance package on Nov. 20 after several brand changes I was able to settle on one I liked that I would receive a month later ( which I was not pleased about). The installers were good but they were unable to install my dishwasher because it required a plumber. I contacted the store where I purchased the package on December 21 and I was told they couldn't come out until January 5th to install my dishwasher no mention of when the plumber would come out. I called the customer service number on Dec 23rd and I spoke with a representative and said a plumber had not contacted me yet. I switched my appointment date to January 8th because no time could be provided and I didn't want to take off from work the beginning of the new year. I specifically asked if the plumber and installers would be coming on the the same day and I was told no, the installers would come on January 8th and a plumber would contact me about when they would come out. I called back on December 27 to be told the plumber was coming on January 5th and that's the first available appointment. I asked to speak with a manager because now I have to take off from work and I'm not pleased with having to take off from work after I paid a lot of money for my appliances. I was on hold for over twenty minutes before I hung up. I'm not happy with the customer service I've received. I'm not being compensated for my lost time at work and it wasn't communicated to me until Dec 27 when the plumber was coming out. Don't buy appliances from Home Depot. You pay upfront and then they j*** your around to finish the job. Not happy at all with my dishwasher sitting in my dining room.

I spent 3 1/2 hours in the store picking out flowers and other lawn and garden accessories to use a promotion on my HD credit card for spending $299 or more interest free. When I got to the register in lawn and garden, I had only spent $160 and asked BRIANNA the cashier to suspend the transaction she argued with me about it twice and asked me to go ahead and purchase. (Clearly she didn't understand how promotions work) I told her that I would be right back, I needed to go find something else to add to the transaction to make it $299 or more for one transaction, or else I wouldn't qualify for the promotion! She moved my items to the side very dismissively and with an attitude, and when I said thank you she didn't even respond. She handed me a suspended transaction receipt and agreed to hold my things at the register. I returned 45 minutes later with another basket full of things, and she had put all of my items back after telling me that she could hold it up there!! When I asked her where my stuff was she replied "we can't just hold stuff up here at the register like that" I said, even though you told me that you would? Why did you tell Me you would?! And she responded with the same reply "We can't hold things at the register." Furthermore, not only were their employees in outside lawn and garden holding profanity laced conversations within earshot of customers, I was not greeted by any associate not one time, either inside or outside of the store. Absolutely unacceptable!

Perhaps the best Home Depot around. Friendly staff, and they have lots of stuff of course.

the new supervisor in tool rental is definitely a breathe of fresh air, don't get me wrong the other associates in tool rental are awesome but she adds a feminine touch, she's so friendly and always smiling, great customer service, great attitude,...thanks Shiana for helping my wife and I with the carpet rental, a pipe had busted the whole den was flooded so we were a little frustrated when we came to the store, even more frustrated with the bank, but she was so nice, actually made our day a little better given the situation, she made us laugh keep us in good spirits, through the whole transaction, and everything worked perfectly, my wife spoke highly of her, just wanted to point out the great service Shiana provide to us, we will be back to this store just because of her.

what a clown show. I tried to rent a trencher but they told me I had to use their trailer so I took mine home. when I came back I rented the trencher hooked up the trailer waited 45 minutes for a manager to unlock it only to be told the manager wouldn't come in for another 3 hours, but that I could come back that afternoon and rent the trencher then. it's a little ridiculous that only one person who isn't even on property has the key to equipment.

Excellent service���� The associates were very friendly and helpful, they pointed me to everything I needed. Cashiers were very friendly and helpful, and taught me a few tricks of the garden trade. Topsoil, ETC...

The Tool Rental section is the worst, I waited over 30 minutes and no one came after requesting help 25 minutes before.
