“Our original reservation was not honored as the Internet was down at the pickup point. Unfortunately, the woman working Mon July 6th in the morning was unwilling to help or even try to find the reservation. However, the following day our reservation was intact and the general manager Jeremiah Scoville gave us the uhaul discount available for our prior reservation and had exemplary customer service. Thankfully he turned around what was originally a very negative experience to a very professional and positive experience”

“I entered the Chevron at Kelly Road to rent a small U-Haul truck on Thursday June 3, 2021. Small trucks were available in the rear of the store, but owner insisted on giving me a medium truck, stating it was a small truck. He kept saying the truck in the middle, I stated small truck, ended up with being charged and given a medium truck which I did not need. After returning back to the store stating it is a medium truck and I requested a small truck, the owner pointed to a chart on the wall trying to further intimidate me. I asked him if he knew the difference between a small and medium truck. This is what bothered me the most he told me that I would never be better than himself. I took a picture of the keys I returned and a picture of him to report to U-Haul He is a cheater and does not care about the people he serves.”

“This local is convenient to my needs. The person working is kind and customer service friendly.
However, there is a lady that works for Uhaul call center for the Hampton, GA surrounding area that is not an asset to Uhaul. She is very rude and unprofessional. She canceled my reservation twice and wanted to send me to a Stockbridge location many miles from where I live for a truck. I told her no ma’am I booked near my home that is convenient for me. Then, she said the truck wasn’t available. I was so mad. So, I called my local Uhaul authorized location and booked through him. I didn’t have any issues with the local Uhaul guy.”
