I've always had a Great experience going inside and sending boxes. I've been known to pick to wrong box and receive help, they will pack and make sure everything is right.
Shipped in 4 states now and I've enjoyed the workers here the most ngl. Just be nice and they will too

I get daily emails with pictures of my daily delivery, every morning at 730 am. I was expecting a certified letter and got the email it would be delivered. I was home all day for the last three days to sign for it. I watched my delivery driver put stuff in my box and keep going all three days. I would say too lazy to stop for that signature. It’s now been 4 days and no delivery of my letter.
UPDATE: So I have a package expected, and today I heard my postal worker stop at my mailbox at approximately 3:30 pm. Instead of getting the required signature at my door as required, they put a missed you ticket in my box. I’m going to call these people out every time they sneeze

Went to pick up MY packages because the mail delivery guy has been damaging my packages.. I complained to the post office but they don't care.. then KELLY who was being so nasty not just to me but to her co workers as well.. just crazy... so I'm most definitely gonna call corporate to make sure they know. Like dude if you don't want me picking up my packages then have your mail delivery people NOT DAMAGE MY PACKAGES..because I get stuck fighting the post office for 6 months to get my $$$ back for my damaged packages.. KELLY is nasty very rude an veryVERY UNPROFESSIONAL..ID GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD...JUST SAD...Hampton post office MUST do better..

5 stars to Mr Troy. He went the extra mile of getting my home address registered. He took the initiative to speak with the lender and builder to get the proper paperwork he needed. By him doing this, it got the ball rolling and because of him, all 14 homes on my street addresses have been registered. Thanks Mr Troy for going above and beyond..

Unfortunately, 75% of the staff are disgustingly rude and refuses to do their job. I’ve routinely called the post office while out of town asking WHY is my mail being delivered when I have a two week hold?
Also, I set up my mail to resume after I pick it up. They’ll resume delivery despite my request to resume after I pick it up. Recently returned from a trip, hold mail request did not trigger anything? Fire and rehire staff who take pride in their jobs?! I was told by one staff member: I hope they remember as I placed a hold two weeks in advance. BTW, THE JOKE OF A POST OFFICE HAMPTON, GA LOCATION didn’t remember.

I’ve only had one bad experience here and I sell products online (like eBay and Poshmark) and come here to ship probably 3-10 times a year. It was over having to buy packaging tape because I didn’t realize it was a UPS package, I overreacted. UPS just as easily could have taped it, it wasn’t that serious. Even after having that encounter the lady that I dealt with during that bad experience has been professional and polite despite me acting like a jerk over tape. I’m always treated like a regular even though I really don’t use usps all that much. No complants.

I get daily notifications of my mail. On yesterday, the postal worker didn't leave the packaged that she scanned as delivered. The camera showed her delivering the mail but not package. It's a shame that these folks work for the post office and will rip you off right under your nose.

I received an informed delivery email that I would be receiving a letter/bill from GFL so when I got home I was prepared to make a payment. It's been two weeks now and I haven't received this mail??????

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Haven’t experienced a long wait on any of my visits. I always receive great service when I interact with them. We get our mail on time and my P.O. Box is always accessible when I go to check. Overall, great experience.
