Second time I’ve gone for an oil change and they haven’t had my oil filter after having me wait in the bay for 20 minutes. First time they sent me up the road to another site with a “discount”, never got the discount. This time they asked, “do you wanna go across the street to advanced auto parts to get the filter yourself? And we’ll discount you the cost of the filter from the service.

I was here for an hour to get an oil change no one was considerate at all. Next time let people know how long they are going to have to wait to get an oil change and check on the customers. Go somewhere else to get your oil change please.

Arrived at store 5 min before open, to get at begginning of line. 10 min. After posted opening time, employee finaly shows up and tells the 3 of us waiting that they would be open in another 10 to 15 minutes. So, you are already late, now I have to wait longer for you to open up...? If you care so little about your job, how am I expected to believe you will care about my car in any capacity. Thank you reassuring me that I just need to do my own maintenance. Why do all these companies keep opening new locations if they can't run them? Just disappointing.

They only put one screw back on the splash shield during the oil change. Found out on the way home since it was dragging. Paid $143 for an incomplete oil change, will never go back again. Waste of money.

Superb service, friendly, professional service. The waiting area was clean & well stocked with compliments. THE ENTIRE STAFF was knowledgeable & great at what they were trained to do & I appreciated that. To vacuum the inside of my car, wash windows & they even restored my headlights (for a fee) but overall, I loved the experience compared to the competitors. I WILL DEFINITELY return in the future. Thanks for a job well done! ?????? ?

They were timely. Not as thorough as the locations in Louisville, KY. Overall C.J. was very nice and wholeheartedly welcomed me to the city.

I came in because my oil was leaking the only thing I needed was a filter and they were so fast and diagnosed the problem right away . I’m very satisfied he is finishing up my old change now .

Oil came up short on the stick guess he was busy writing a big 6 on my engine block cover with grease I guess cause it's a V6 twin turbo Cadillac it's unacceptable I don't need kids working on my car
