I went to this location to ship out items and asked an employee if they had large boxes and an another employee yelled “she needs to pay for those boxes”, keep in my these are the free boxes from FedEx that she is trying to charge me for. The employee had a very bitter attitude and made a comment that I should pay for the boxes because I can afford to. Terrible customer service!

Came here to do a shipping return and had to wait 5 minutes for employee to finish a conversation with her friend. Then was given attitude when I told her I had a QR code and not a label. Finally, she told me that since the top was not taped, I would have to buy tape from her to send the package! Give me a break, is FedEx in such terrible shape that they can't tape up the top of a package without nickel and dining you? Don't go here if you have other options!

The employees had the nastiest attitudes for no apparent reason. I watched patiently as they rushed customers from their work stations. I doubt if I ever visit that location again.

Poor customer service, felt undervalued. Dropped an item off for shipment during a weekday evening. I kept the package open to ensure that when she printed my QR code, we didn't need to add any other document into the bag. The employee that assisted me was unfriendly, and spoke to me like I was an idiot because of this. Really? For asking a question? I also took a quick photo of the label as well, for the tracking number, and she made an issue of that. I myself have worked in the cargo industry. I know how things work and this location could use some serious training on how to interact with customers. I remained pleasnt the entire time and will not be dealing with this agent again.

FedEx use to be the only shipment service you could trust. They are the LEAST trustworthy in ATL now. Such a shame.
