Beth and King are super racist they really hired people who don’t like the people in the community which makes no sense. If your black good luck they try to tax you more than white people. And they do not care cause they don’t think people will report them. 3/7/2024 King and Beth refuse to serve black people until “they felt like it” smh it’s crazy how people get away with stuff like this. Life’s too short for people to be racist and try to rip ppl off just because of there skin color smh

Customerservice was great and I see they’re opening up a restaurant inside. However the prices are ridiculous a gallon of water was five dollars a small Jamaican patty was five dollars.

Like the store, and the staff are kind. The owner is extremely nice. Unfortunately, I have bought Ben&Jerry's more than once that was spoiled. Maybe because the doors are not closed sometimes. Moved down the street from them a fewyearsback, and they are pretty much my go-to store if I need convenient store convenience. Be careful when buying items that may spoil, and you will be alright.#hapemart #shell #hapevillegeorgia

I had a fantastic experience at this Shell gas station in Hapeville, GA! The service was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The station was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the prices were reasonable. What truly impressed me was their amazing variety of snacks - they had all my favorites. I'll definitely be returning for my fueling and snacking needs. Highly recommended!

This little GEM here in hapeville is always a blessing always available always approachable, I've been a resident here in hapeville for 4 years or so and it's the best gas station here in the community of Hapeville it's always available for any needs I have from quick snacks, unique snacks, affordable gas their light is always on, door is always open, the staff is always accommodating, always a variety of essentials etc. even active on social media always with tips, suggestions, hints, and the best part of it always have positive reels on Instagram, whether we want to realize it or not it's another way of communicating with the community, it's not because of the brand "Shell" it's more tha that it's the inside that counts not the outside , I highly recommend this little piece of love in hapeville ?

I have to say I can never see myself going back as gas prices here are highest compared to others as we all are in a strain and inflation along with bathrooms closed after 10 PM? Worst of all, I do not appreciate at all from behavior of staff here. A worker with a beard named Salaar rubbed me the wrong way and burned bridges badly from just offering me to come work with them when meeting me one day without even asking me if I am interested and not revealing pay as shady and such and points to him only looking out for his and gas station's interests as unacceptably selfish and ingenuine. Who ever does that? Worst he Salaar displays lack of decency or manners in never responding back to my text messages after I taking the time to thank him and just stay in touch with goodwill as it is not hard to send a text back taking few seconds. One night I come and he is unfriendly for no reason. This is one standout abnormal indecent behavior remembered at a gas station compared to my other good experiences at other places. Their loss here at this Shell for stuping this low especially with behavior of one staff person sadly reflecting poorly on the business and hope Salaar or others acting as such get their acts together or not work there.Glad I and others as customers or other stakeholders take the high road.

Working in a job where you deal with customer service every day you always never know what to expect. My car had a flat tire on the evening of Sunday 814 arriving back from a flight from Charlotte North Carolina. I ended up pulling off the side of the road and I ended up at the Shell gas station and I am so grateful to the management team and the associates that worked there they were so helpful. They work with me and was very courteous and understanding to my situation and allow me to leave my car overnight and also assisted me with arranging the pick up of my vehicle. Shell and their employees are to be appreciated thank you for all you do

The bosses are cool, just don't get too close to them, & the work is extremely easy. You'll get over time (not time & a half for it though), & just stay to yourself, & watch your hours. You'll have the best time here. You'll meet all kinds of ppl, & will learn so much about different people. You will also, work harder than your co workers. Other than that, the jobs cool. You'll get paid every week. & You can get credit.
