I write this as I'm sitting in the lobby very disappointed. I don't write this with ease as I typically commute out of my way to visit this branch because of past positive experiences. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago for a specific date and time due to the fact there were no bankers available when I visited there last week. That appointment was slated for well over thirty minutes ago. I had a vibe this wasn't going to go as planned when I noticed others waiting already. I sat there for fifth-teen minutes before even being acknowledged and told that the banker is running a little behind and although my scheduled appointment time has come and gone there are still others they have to see before me. Zero consideration for others time and business. I understand things happen but this is ridiculous. For future, please consider contacting customers to inform them of the delay or offer to reschedule in advance of the appointment. To have me walk into the location and 45 minutes later and counting, I'm still waiting with no explanation other than, I just have to wait does not meet my expectations. Because now my time is extremely limited due to schedule conflicts and I could've made better use of my time doing something else or visiting another branch. Thank you to the courteous associate at the counter but unfortunately it's not enough to undue the poor experience. Needless to say I informed the staff I will be leaving because I can longer wait. I was offered to have the manager call me to reschedule, but honestly I think I'll pass and take my business elsewhere. I don't need a third strike to learn my lesson. *Update* Hours later and it's the end of the business day. I haven't received any follow up communication regarding the appointment fiasco. Definitely not returning, for sure. Please do better with future customers and consider how'd you feel and want to be treated.

Quicker than the drive thru in East Point. They take forever in East Point. That's why I started coming here. A lot more quicker drive thru.

Horrible tellers with absolutely no professionalism. I came to the bank on two separate occasions in they were not able to service me. They switched off the drive up green light while you're in line. I would not recommend this location for banking services

Conveniently located in Hapeville. The few times I had to go inside for services, I experienced good customer service. However, be patient and prepared to wait. The kiosk is a hit or miss because it has been several times it's out of service. The drive-in window is not an option because of some weird law in Hapeville that prohibits drive-up windows (is what a resident shared). The location makes it convenient, but improvements would make it a better bank.

This is the lowest bank on earth. I've sent in complaints several times but nothing changes. I go to other Wells Fargo banks, and they are not this slow. Why would they have 3 people working the line when you 20 people in line plus they have 2 people standing around, hello cross-train your people!! This bank is the worst. The only reason I come here is because it is close to my job.

Wells Fargo use to be great but I've noticed a decline that started about 3 years ago. The issue I have with this particular location is the lack of training of its tellers. Transactions take longer to process than other Wells Fargo locations. Not all of them dress or sound professional which is likely due to the bank being in a economically depressed neighborhood. I have a negative experience almost half the time I visit this bank. I'm finally done..time to close my account.
