Stopped in looking for a particular type of snack I haven't had in quite a while. The cashier took the time to help me look and she gave it her best! She apologized they did not have it, but I was grateful she made the effort to help me look! That doesn't always happen, but this small town store has wonderful employees. I did not get her name, but it was on Monday 10/20/25 at approximately 1:00. Thank you for hiring people who care about customer service!

me and my wife used to shop at multiple Dollar General stores until the company hired a fine gentleman name Rahiem. I absolutely will not shop at any other Dollar General because of this man. He is by far top-notch, a very hard worker and is the most genuine and helpful person I’ve ever seen in customer service in my experience. I just specifically wanted to say thank you to him and all his hard work. He is very helpful, I will not go to another dollar general besides the one RAHIEM works at. Thank you for all your hard work sir.

The place seems so much better and I just wanted to say how pleasant and kind Rahiem is that works there . He is always greeting everyone , very respectful and overall just really nice . You don’t see that no more and it’s a nice thing to see .

How does management expect customers to maneuver around the aisles in this store? You have to knock over boxes and items to get down the aisles.

Very rude Employees. Older women in front of me was having trouble with the self checkout while the employee was aggravated that she even needed help. Then proceeded to try to pick a fight with the older lady in front of all of the customers. No room to walk in any of the isles. Sucky customer service. Workers were talking and cussing behind counter acting as if we weren’t there after. Who is hiring theses people? Would not recommend coming here.

the workers there are so rude when it comes to asking for help with the self checkout or getting help at the regular checkout ? line will be wrapped around the store and they’ll just look at you while they do nothing ?

Employees never know how to exchange propane bottles. They young ones are always playing on their phones and seem to hate to be asked to do anything.

A customer there got mad at my girlfriend and I for asking the workers for the restroom key. The customer and I was arguing back and forth, the workers only defended the lady. Whenever I was telling the other customer something, the workers told me to hush or we will not ring you up. After that happened, the customer called my girlfriend white trash and the workers (manager too) did nothing about it.

Mrs Liz and Mrs Denise are amazing . They are so sweet and always help with any needs in the store! I love going to this dollar general because of them!

Why is this particular location closed most of the time? They are either closed all day or make their own hours. Today they closed at 6 sometimes it’s 8 or whenever. So inconvenient when u need to get something and they are never open when they are supposed to be
