Need a pick up for getting some tools and I reserved it online 2 hours before and when I arrived it was a fast process to check in. The pickup truck a 2022 Silverado had only 170 miles on it and was not bad to drive even though I'm a Toyota truck guy but I only needed it for a few hours. Fuel tank was full and I only used about 20 buck worth of gas to my thing with it At almost $5.00 a gallon it was still a bargain for me The truck was smooth and quieter than I thought. The staff at the Broad street location were very friendly and helpful I have used this location and the one on Wrightsboro rd many times over the years because they are company owned without a lot of paperwork. Have a valid credit/debit card and a valid driver's license and your good to go for truck rental locally . .

I have rented and tried to rent multiple items over the span of a month with issues every time, the main one includes them being closed during physically posted hours of operation. it is a dry cleaning pick-up location, with one employee. I would recommend choosing another pickup location, as returns can be done through self drop-off with no requirement for the business to be open. Its a second business of Harlem Colonial Cleaners, it appears. Service was fine when I was able to rent, but when you are moving your plans can be screwed by not being able to pick-up equipment when you should be able to.

Excellent Customer Service. Will is a really nice guy and always there for his customers. The business is also a Dry Cleaners which appears to have really satisfied customers. I was there to pickup a Haul Truck and everything went really well for me.

Imagine if you will lying in your bed, phone in hand, simultaneously scrolling with the person beside you. The dogs are asleep, the news is hyper focused on a new virus, and then you hear a voice. The person beside you breaks the silence with "There's a showing tomorrow afternoon. I think we should go." Do what? A house showing, on my day off? But many years of marriage have served me well and therefore I agreed. Here's how the story ends. We attended the showing, the next day made an offer (which was accepted), and three weeks later signed the papers. But here's the kicker, in those three weeks our slice of America went on lock down. So here I am ready to move from house to house, but with no one to assist. I knew there was only one option, my local U-haul. I made a online reservation for the largest truck they had that was automatic (no, can't drive a stick). The next morning I consumed two very strong cups of coffee, grabbed my work gloves, and headed that way. The truck was ready and waiting and I was leaving the parking lot in less than 15 minutes. The truck itself served its purpose, but what I want to make mention of is the team. That afternoon I knew the Aaron Snow moving company would not be able to complete the job by 5 pm (when the truck was due back) so I called the site. They told me the truck was available overnight and gave me the new total. I consumed more coffee and continued the job before me into the night. The next morning I awoke to a voicemail from U-haul. It states that they are looking for the truck and to please give them a call back. I attempted to call while en route, but with the close proximity I was parked before I reached someone. I explained the scenario and the team member stated it was an error on their part. She then informed me there would be no additional charge keeping it overnight. As exhausted as I was in that moment, I had a renewed energy because of her great customer service. I recommend them every time you need to move something (which, for me, is hopefully not for many years).

Everything was great at first until they don't call you to tell you you owe for mileage and a week later you get charged double for your rental without knowing why. Then I called the office to find out what was going on and the guy, whoever he was, tells me "I don't know". Smh train your staff better and make sure you notify your customers before you just up and take money from someone.

I am from out of town and Jeff took care of my defective relay box on my U-Haul hitch that was installed in another state. Customer service is #1 at this location! Thanks
