They always help me with my packages. I will have one “preparing for delivery,” but decide not to wait because I’m too impatient. The clerks help me and look for my package rather than just telling me to wait, which they totally could. Very reliable crew.

Drivers are trash for delivering large packages to the front door and then driving through the yard instead of turning around in the driveway like a respectable person would do.

There was a package that I needed to pick up, but I couldn’t do it until Monday and one of the supervisors for the weekend at the Harlem. Post office decided to personally come out and give me my package so I believe that they go the extra mile.
