I strongly recommend you NOT utilize Willow Creek Outdoor Management. They left hydraulic fluid stains from their Bobcat dozer, on our driveway after they finished doing some work for us. They apologized and said they would come back to remove the stains, but never did. The said they made an appointment to have the stains removed and that someone would come in the fall of 2023. No one came. I called and sent an email several times and no response.

WARNING!!!DON'T HIRE THIS OUTFIT!!!Company was recommended by a friend. Foreman came and speced out the job, gave me estimate for fall cleanup of yard and driveway, and pruning of some camellia, gardenia, boxwood, holly and azalea bushes around the house and fronting the street. Quoted me $480. I thought it was somewhat high but said okay. (Strangely enough, while we were discussing the job, he actually said to me it was hard to find good help!) Job was scheduled for next day between 9 and 930 am. When they didn't show or call by 1045, I texted the foreman. He said they were "on the way". At about 1115 I heard some activity at the top of the driveway. Went to look and three young guys were hedge trimming one of the big Hollys facing the street. I asked who was in charge, put him in the golf cart and showed him everything I wanted done, as discussed the day prior with the "foreman". Around 1230 I see the three guys have come down from the top of the driveway and are standing in front of the house. I tell them I've got a 12 foot stepladder they can use to help them trim my two 18 foot tall camellias. I go to my shed and lug it back to them. Then the guy who was "in charge" says to me "Sir, there's a discrepancy with the company and we are leaving the job." Off they go. I then get in the golf cart with my wife and go up to the top of the driveway to see what they had actually done. (They did nothing in the yard after trimming the bushes on the street.) When we get up the driveway there's another guy there from the company. He tells me the other guys quit, he's a "friend" of the owner, and he's there to finish the job with the "foreman", who's on the way over. We said no thanks, I'd seen enough. Foreman shows up with another worker, tells me the other workers were fired, and they literally begged me to let them finish the job. Against my better judgment, I said okay, but I wanted a price cut. They then called the owner, and I related that to him. He agreed to cut $30 off the price. Now, I'm thinking they are really going to do a great job to redeem my opinion of the company, right? WRONG! They spent about another 90 minutes at the property trimming about half the bushes and blowing about half of the leaves. Then they just left, without talking to me. I expected after the "walk off the job" debacle that someone would at least knock on the door and say, "We're done, do you want to take a look?" Nope. They just vanished. So I went out and looked at their work. It was indescribably poor quality. I took 36 pictures of their handiwork within 30 minutes of their departure. Next morning, I get an email invoice for the $494, (the $480 plus a 3% "processing fee"). So I emailed the owner back, listing the numerous discrepancies and telling him I have the pictures to prove it. I offer him $240 for the half-done job. The Owner then tells me if I don't pay the invoice by 2PM, he'll be at my house "...with Columbia County, to have me arrested for theft of services." I told him I looked forward to seeing him, but, he never showed up. I was very disappointed. Anyway, I sent him a check for $240. Whatever you do, Don't let Willow Creek Outdoor Management on your property. You'll be glad you didn't.

This company did a great job on my yard. They trimmed some bushes, laid pine straw, cut my grass, and now my yard looks AMAZING! The crew was so nice and respectful and did a quick but great job! If you need lawn care, this company is top notch, no lie!!!

Not sure where to begin...1. First initial lawn maintenance day was rescheduled without notifying me. I had to call to get day rescheduled back to original service day.2. Damaged fence, notified office. The owner never responded. Then we were promised that the owner would repair the fence this past Saturday and he never showed up to repair.3. Billed for services yet to be provided. Had to send an email to correct. Also invoice acts incorrect from previous services rendered and paid for.The company is not responsive or accountable for the service provided. Sadly, I have never written a bad review on a lawn maintenance company and I have used many companies since being a homeowner across 4 states and owning 8 homes over 30 years!!

Long rant........After paying a "pretty penny" for 10 pallets of sod plus the organic topsoil that was so "highly recommended" by Andrew (Owner) and installation, we are left with gaps between rows, humps in the yard (that were not there prior to sod installation), and unanswered assurance of a smooth, flat lawn. We have found sticks, glass, and rocks in the excess topsoil that was blown back on to the fresh sod. As we watched the crew work, the soil was not raked out evenly or level throughout the entire yard. It was not properly rolled after installation because, "the handle kept coming off the roller". When we contacted Andrew, he assured us he would send his guys out to address our concerns. They did. The gaps were "fixed" by tearing pieces of sod off of what was already laid and basically throwing them in the spots. (These chunks ended up dying as they were the dried out ends of what was overlapped on the rolls.) As far as rolling.....same broken roller....it was rolled by an employee who obviously wanted to be anywhere else but on the job. When asked why it was only rolled in one direction......he said the handle would not stay on the roller. Really? He looked at me, stone faced, and kept repeating himself by saying, "are you satisfied Ma'am? Ma'am are you satisfied?" At which point, yeah, you can leave now....we will give Andrew a call. We did. We expressed the concerns about the humps and spaces, and the fact that our sidewalk flooded since the install. He said he would come by and take a look, but that drainage was not listed in the contract. It was never an issue before this sod was installed! Haven't seen or heard from him since. Now, with that being said, it looks good from afar....but....when you walk around and look at it, gaps and mounds, and of course small "holes" where the rolls didn't meet. I would put money on it that HE wouldn't be happy with this job if it was HIS money or HIS front yard. There is no pride taken in the work that was paid for by us. None.Clearly the customer is not a priority. Our questions and concerns were an inconvenience. Fell on deaf ears.We did hear about how busy he was and how successful his roll off business is as it made him as much money as our job cost in one day. Yep, straight from the horses mouth. When an employee tells the customer, "I wouldn't be happy with this either." There's a definite problem. Most of the crew were hard working, but the shortcuts taken and the lack of follow up and now the ghosting (since March 10th) will definitely not get this company any referrals from us.There was no extra work performed. We paid for 10 pallets installed. We opted to have the excess from the front yard installed in the back vs. letting you "take it off our hands."All the best~Service: Sod installation

The weather has been horrible lately. Rain almost every day for the past two weeks. Owner/Operator Andrew Graham assured me that his guys would be at my home just as soon as the sun came out… and they were, even though it was Saturday. Price was more than fair, and I’m happy with the work they’ve done!Services: Mulching
