I would have given more stars a few months ago. But now o wouldnt even give them the 1 star. I would say -5 stars. They need to hire account managers who actually know how to add and subtract. If you do decode to get anything here. Make sure u arrange to pay cash in person or u will wind up in our situation. Where we had a little hard times a couple weeks and we paid them for 2 of the items we had with them for 1 month and paid to weeks on the other item we had. So we were prepared to pay for a month for the last item. YesterdayThey took that amount out of our bank account. Then we were looking at our bank statement yesterday afternoon had decided fo take ot upon themselves to charge us again for the first 2 items we payed a month on that isnt due again for another 2 weeks. Then they charged our accoumt randomly for amounts we have never paid there. They basically stole over $500.00 from us. FYI AARONS IF WE HAD IT LIKE THAT WE WOULDNT BE GETTING FALL APART FURMITURE FROM A RENT TP OWN PLACE. SINCE THE ACCOUNTS MANAGER DOESNT SEEM TO GET HOW SHE SCREWED US OVER I GUESS WE ARE GOING OVER THEIR HEADS. THEY BETTER RECTIFY THE SITUATION. ANF TO ALL READING THIS BE FOREWARNED. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED OT HAPPENED ONCE BEFORE A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO. AND THE STORE IN HARTWELL ACTUALLY MADE THAT ONE RIGHT.

They tell you your furniture will be delivered between a certain time and it always be hours or 2 days later!!! This is the 4th time this has happened. Other than that I have no problems, Get it together PLEASE!!!

Extremely rude account manager came to my house when account was up to date. Double charged my card without approval will not be back. I've been a customer before at the store in Union city no problems but this store and experience was horrible.
