“No - kill cat and dog rescue facility housing a wide variety of breeds, temperaments, ages and sizes of dogs, cats and kittens to choose from both at HCHS and in foster homes. Many of these animals were scheduled to be euthanized at other facilities simply due to over - crowding. Low - cost spay neuter certificates (including rabies vaccination!) for dogs and cats are also available for Hart and Franklin county residents. Help end the over-populatuon problem by either spreading the word about or gifting someone with a certificate for their unaltered dog or cat. You can also make a difference in these animals' lives by adopting, fostering, volunteering and/or donating!”
