I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my awful experience at Cricket Mobile. I was “helped” by an employee named Victoria, who clearly has no understanding of what good customer service looks like. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was a bother just for asking questions about my account.
She spoke to me with an attitude, rolled her eyes more than once, and made no effort to actually help with the issue I came in for. Instead of offering solutions, she gave me short, sarcastic answers and seemed more interested in ending the conversation than resolving anything.
If this is the kind of person Cricket chooses to represent their company, that says a lot. I walked out more frustrated than when I walked in. Management seriously needs to retrain or rethink who they have working the front line. I will not be returning to that location.now I will be forced to call into the customer service phone line instead of the convenience of walking into a store and having a face to face conversation.

The place is pitiful. Will be changing my service as soon as this pay period is over. Employees that I’ve seen are clueless about customer service.

I use Cricket wireless. I get the government assistance I'm on disability. So what it is I have the $60 plan it's everything unlimited but I pay $30 and if you get the money taken from your account they take 5 dollars off. I like Cricket I never really have any issues. I wish they had a bigger choice of phones.

I absolutely loved my experience in this store. I needed to switch from T-Mobile to any other service. I went to the T-Mobile store, and they told me they couldn't do anything in store, I had to call a number. The next day I went to this store and literally no issues at all. Such a smooth transition process. Talk to Victoria, she was super kind and helped me get my serice switched in literally 10 minutes. Thanks for the help!

I bought a new phone Samsung galaxy a53 and I can't get 4k videos on YouTube. I contacted the manager Andrew and he told me that my phone is not 4k. The phone is a new model. He lied to me about this issue. I will lose alot money ? ? Do not buy anything from this store.

Very Helpful, changed my phone from Verizon to Cricket in ten minutes didn't charge me a fee for it like Verizon did. My phone has full bars most of the time
