Been trying to get my meds for 2 weeks now, but no matter how many times I go to get the meds, they are always out, not being able to keep anything down (food and water) 3 days now has been stressful due to me being 13 weeks pregnant, I don’t completely blame the cvs though, I blame shipping mostly but this isn’t the first time this has happened to me, next stop elberton cvs.

Horrible experience with this pharmacy. John, I believe the manager, was extremely rude, unwilling to help with basic refill that should have been completed easily, took me only minutes to have switched to another pharmacy via my doctors office after my negative interaction. I have been a customer of CVS in multiple states for over 25 years and I will now be switching to my local Walgreens to avoid interaction with this pharmacy as they lack customer service skills and act openly inconvenienced by their customers. Also, refuse to answer their phones. Set up to go to voicemail and do not return calls.

I wish I could give a half of a star! Everyone that worked at the pharmacy today were so rude! Nobody smiled or greeted me. I quit going there for that very reason!

The staff are so kind and helpful. Cierra is the store manager and she is always friendly and helpful as well. Clean store and always stocked.

Brought my 92 year old dad in for covid shot tonight with enough time before close to get Covid shot, but casual conversation with another customer took a lot of the counter reps time. Once it was our turn at 5:50, Pharmacy rep said no go for shot because he needed to go home vs having to wait some mins past 6pm to allow dad his 15 mins of observation. He started closing all the window panels in our face while talking to us at 10 mins before pharmacy close and hours before cvs closes. Seriously!

Unfortunately, the visits to the pharmacy are always the worst. Staff is not friendly and un-welcoming. They never have prescriptions ready on time or make you wait 1+ hours for them to be filled if you go inside. They don’t work to help with questions or concerns. It’s unfortunate that I’ve had multiple bad experiences and I hope they become more educated on how to effectively run a pharmacy.

If this pharmacy weren’t part of a chain, it would be out of business. Worst customer service ever. Store personnel are rude, dismissive and condescending. Their policy is to refill prescriptions written by my doctor on the exact calendar date of the last pickup of that medicine. The date of the last pickup is not on the medication bottle, therefore customers have no idea when the med is due for refill. Also if you place an order thru the automated system and it is less than 30 days, they just delete the order with no notification to the customer. The pharmacist made an absurd suggestion that I retain their mile long receipts so that I can know date of last pickup, which is absurd. I travel frequently, and this type of rigid, exact date , pick up date system is unconscionable. This store is in need of Corporate Oversight and Management Intervention.

I was trying to Drop off a Refill Prescription! I stood there & waited 15 min! I said excuse me I just want to drop off! She said I will be there in a min! Well another five min! When she finally came she said this has to be changed from another Pharmacy that will take 24 hours for pharmacist to call it in! I said I will go to ingles! Why is this lady so Rude! She saw me standing there! She was chatting with the lady in front of me she had no problem! I went to ingles no wait ! Prescription took 15 min long story short I will never go to CVS Again!!!!

I would give them more but I absolutely Hate the pharmacies new answering service. U can't talk to a live person unless they call u back. Otherwise they r the only pharmacy i use. For my type if medicines they have the best discounts.
