Lewis down here always treats us right; asks questions to make sure we get EXACTLY what we want instead of just pushing a product. And he's happy to just shoot the breeze while setting up paperwork, so the whole interaction feels natural, comfortable, and everyone is walking away from the sale happy. He's also helped push a payment when I had a few issues, because this store acts like REAL humans, not machines. If y'all are nearby, I'd suggest this store; Lewis definitely keeps the rest of the employees to that same bar.”

“My my my where do I start. Well let's start with the service. It is awesome. I had been with at&t for ever until I moved to Hartwell ga. The service has been so much better since I changed over. The employees are good but the one I really want to rave over is Victoria Bratcher. I can go in to the cricket store and she always has a smile and she just makes my day. Victoria is the most friendliest people. I can call the store with a problem and ohy gosh she is spot on to help and gets my problem solved immediately. Victoria needs a very big raise or at least a huge bonus. Thank you Victoria for everything. You save my life and sanity.”
