When i called to see if I needed an appointment they said yes. I made and appointment. When I arrived they looked though a hand written schedule. They said the owner will be with you shortly. 15 minutes later he came through and said take a seat. We will be with u as soon as we can. One hour later.....crickets. I left.

Before I moved to Hartwell from Gwinnett County a couple of years ago I usually purchased my tires at a national tire retailer. But since the nearest one is in Anderson, I decided to try Modern Tire and All Terrain, and I was not disappointed. I just needed a couple of tires for my old BMW before an upcoming 1,200 mile trip. The tires came in within a day and the price was exactly as Brett quoted. The service was prompt and courteous. I'll be back when it's time to replace the set on my wife's vehicle.

Brett and the folks at Modern tire we so helpful. I went there because my brother recommended them. Brett figured out what I needed to do to get what I wanted. He scheduled two days for installation and it was done in the two days allotted. It looks great and drives and rides better that when it was new with stock wheels and tires. Feels like you’re floating on air. I recommend them 100%

After getting a rotation and balance at the nearby Walmart auto center, the staff mentioned that I needed an alignment and recommended this place without hesitation. I gave them a quick call and ended up being able to get same day service including new brake pads and rotors. Excellent customer service and pricing!

We’ve gone to Modern Tire a couple of times they are always fast, reliable and competitively priced. Their customer service is great. And give a realistic timeframe for the repairs to be completed. We will be back!

Waited 30 minutes and the guy talked to me. Then two people just pulled up to get a sensor and alignment done. Then we'll proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. Another person pulled up and got. I got put back in the back of the line and all I wanted was two tires to be replaced. Rather go to the Mexicans that can do it quicker than this. Very disappointed. Try to help out my community

I used this place to fix my car. They did not do a complete job, left some of my parts off and loose on my engine. Had to have someone else to dionos the proble they didn't fix,that they were paid in full for. Same issue and the owner would not try to make it right foe me. He sent me to another shop to get a third donose. Same thing.the would not honor their work or mess up.
