“I had been to the pharmacy to pick up one of my wife’s prescriptions. According to the txt my wife received the prescription was ready and only $68. When I arrived at the pharmacy it was $470 for 1 month. I got online downloaded a coupon and was told the coupon would not work. Imagine my panic. I called up there today and spoke with Stasia. She was the most polite, super friendly person. She pulled up the account added the coupon that I had been trying to use for the past few days. Coupon applied and prescription dropped down to $68 which is the price they sent to my wife when they let her know the prescription was ready, 5 days ago.
I had already spent a good bit on 2 pills that I purchased just so she wouldn’t go without them, until I could get it sorted out with her doctor on the price. Thank You Stasia for being so friendly and calm while I expressed my frustrations and my panic.”
