I have nothing but great things to say about this bank. Solid regional bank with small town customer relations. Seth Baughman and Sarah White are always so eager to assist and are extremely knowledgeable. The tellers are very welcoming and create a warm banking experience. Highly recommend!

I will never recommend anyone to bank at any of their backs, especially the one in Hartwell Ga. The unprofessionalism is unreal. The woman Sarah should not be in the position she’s in. It’s clear they’re at fault and yet all she had to say was oh well we’ll just send it to collections…. They are frauds and should be held accountable…. Not to mention it took Sarah 3 weeks to reply to any of my messages and when I finally talked to her and asked to speak with her corporate manager she hung up on me…..

Not helpful at all. When told something was policy they were not helpful in offering me the solution. I had to call to find out all I needed was to have verification sent over. Thankfully my usual bank in Lexington and the ladies on the phone are always so nice. This encounter is enough to scare someone to another bank.

Pinnacle of poor customer service. I will be closing my account of over 15 years due to the unnecessary obstacles created by the call center staffers .They are not interested in helping but work to make your experience difficult and inconvenient .

Very nice bank, Mrs. Kristin was very friendly, and handled moving our account very quick and easy. Explained in detail, all and more of the questions I have. And also the only place with instant issue debt cards.

What a terrible bank. They make up rules as they go. Very dishonest about their own policies. It states clearly inside and outside of the bank that any transactions made after 5:oo pm will be next day business. They lie and are very rude when you ask about posted policies. What a joke.
