Great place for a storage unit. Staff is amazing and great communication ethics. Rate increases were very reasonable. Had a unit with them for almost 5 years and currently still have another.

Storage units are easily accessible. Area is well lit and have had no issue with pests, insect or other. Office staff is friendly and accommodating.

Very clean facilities, pest control services, and totally secure with 24 hour rolling security cameras and a locked gate. I prefer this facility over any other in the area due to the customer service as well! The owner Jeff Buchanan is very professional, keeps the property trash free, and provides 24 hour customer service. I highly recommend The Storage Box!
