I waited approximately two hours to be seen. There was only one person helping until another employee entered the room. I needed a new phone so it was worth the wait.

I don’t know the lady name but she really knew her stuff. Where we were picking out my cover and stuff another customer came in because she was having trouble making calls on her new phone? And the lady fix it in minutes. We had trouble downloading stuff from my old phone to my new phone. I don’t know what she did to fix but she did. Really knows her stuff. Highly Recommended.

When I entered the business I was greeted right away. The two employees were with customers and the wait time was about 10-15 minutes. Steven then greeted me again and asked about the nature of my problem. He was very polite and helpful. He had my problem dealt with and I was on my way within 20 minutes. It is always a pleasure to deal with Victra Hartwell in Hartwell, GA.

Went to see if someone could help me transfer my apps from one phone to my new phone the man there told me he could do it for 40 dollars I thought if your phone was a Verizon they would help you I guess not got 1 star because we're no options for no star

very bad service, never say hi to customers. They spend time talking and do something else instead of helping customers. I have been here twice just asking for update my phone signal. Each time I came, I waited 1 hour and more…terrible place!!!

Very bad customer service. They didn’t want to talk to you, they even didn’t know what they were doing. I have been there twice. At first, they told me to go back home and bring all the phones in my contract for them. So I came back home got all the phones and went to the store again, but then they told me they didn’t know anything. What’s wrong with these people???????

Wasted my whole day for nothing. The employees didn’t know anything. Be aware with the plan, they will add lots of things to your plan without your agreement.

Ordered a new phone at verizon.com and had the option to pick it up at Victra Hartwell. It was a great experience and the staff was very helpful in completing the transaction when I picked up the phone.

I went into the Hartwell Verizon to change my mobile service from Xfinity mobile to Verizon due to bad service from Xfinity. Xfinity had sent me a bad SIM card and it was going to take a week to get a new one and in the meantime I would not have a usable phone. I was very upset when I arrived at Verizon due to the issues I had with Xfinity. Logan H. was the rep who helped me at Verizon. He was very nice, professional, empathetic, and conscientious. We had a big problem with getting the transfer PIN from Xfinity. He went the extra mile to make sure my service was changed from
Xfinity to Verizon. When I came into Verizon I was feeling like crying and left relieved and smiling. I also want to give a shout out to Micah. He helped Logan with a few questions since Logan is new on the job. I am so amazed at how Micah remains calm , cool and collected. He is a great multi-tasker. His calmness and reassuring manner kept me from jumping off a ledge. I really appreciate their help today.

Micah was our rep. But we felt right at home as everyone there made sure that we took our time in understanding everything. They helped us out so much and we would recommend anyone stop by the Verizon in Hartwell.
