I love Hancock laundry because they don't close at certain hours and it's fairly clean in there for the most part and I've never had a issue and I prefer that one over than the other one that is more expensive so I recommend Hancock laundry before you go anywhere else

Very dirty place. Machines are all old style single loaders. No roll baskets to move laundry from washer to dryer. Building in total disrepair. Machines that are out of order are either duct taped closed or actually bolted closed...apparently easier than fixing them. No restroom on site. We’ve traveled all over the US and this is the worst laundromat we’ve been in. Wouldn’t have done our laundry here if we weren’t in such a need to get it done.

On the laundry mat side: man, most of the washers are not in working order. Regardless of the fact that this place is the only place to wash clothes, you would think the place would make some much needed upgrades. There's not many working washers and not enough dryers. No air and no heat. The prices are reasonable but if they don't make some upgrades....
