“Outstanding service! I had seen a German Miner Smoker figurine during the Christkindlmarket on 12/2 and after we left Helen, I decided I wanted it. Unfortunately, we live two hours away. This shop reminded me of the many beautiful shops I visited when I was stationed in Germany. Wonderful memories! I took a chance and emailed Lindenhaus Imports and was in contact with James. He was so very kind and gracious, he even took photos of the various smokers and nutcrackers to help me narrow down which one I had wanted. He was so professional and helpful! I have never experienced this type of customer service, ever. I have recommended this business to many friends and family. I cannot wait to get back to Helen, GA, the kind people, and this wonderful shop!”

“This place is awesome, and cares about their customers! I lost a ring that I purchased from them, but lived 17 hours away. Once I contacted them, they helped me buy a replacement and shipped it to me. I was so happy to get a replacement! Alpine Trading Co. was so kind and made the process easy. They will always be our first stop in Helen when we visit for our annual trip. They have great quality products, it's a clean store, friendly workers, and something for everyone, even my 5 year old enjoyed the store.”

“Nice little shop full of actual good stuff, not just little trinkets. They have very nice wind chimes, clothing, souvenirs, and plenty else for everyone. The staff here are so helpful and kind! I am very pleased with my time at the shop, and the chimes I bought. Great price, great product. It's a little off the beaten path but DEFINITELY a must for anyone visiting Helen!”
