“In terms of aesthetics, I think this is my favorite store in Helen. The open air, cabin-like feel to it really makes for a cozy and rustic shopping experience. I also loved their giant gnome in the back.
All that said, the items they were selling didn't appeal to my wife and me. Like most of the stores in Helen, we are not the target customer. But if you end up in this town, this is a great place to stop.”
“The older gentleman today was absolutely amazing, helpful, informative, and so very patient with my husband and I! We come every year to the shop and always grab some sort of surprise box, and then a blown glass. Today was the same. The only thing I would like to say is the young girl who worked today had not so welcoming attitude when we came to pick up our name glass. Just not welcoming, sorta rude. Maybe a bad day, but leaving that at home and a little more or a nicer attitude towards customers would go along way. The older gentleman told her he had to step out for a second but would return and she mumbled some rude comment under her breath in front of us. I do hope maybe it was just a bad day and not her over all every day attitude.”

“For some reason a bunch of people have uploaded a ton of photos that are not of this place. My photos and videos were taken inside the store.
Of all the shops in Helen, this one reminded me of a Hallmark shop complete with Jim Shore statues, Christmas village pieces, and other general cozy items.
I love that those rock stations where you fill a bag are still a thing!
If you come to Helen, definitely stop inside.”
“This place is awesome, and cares about their customers! I lost a ring that I purchased from them, but lived 17 hours away. Once I contacted them, they helped me buy a replacement and shipped it to me. I was so happy to get a replacement! Alpine Trading Co. was so kind and made the process easy. They will always be our first stop in Helen when we visit for our annual trip. They have great quality products, it's a clean store, friendly workers, and something for everyone, even my 5 year old enjoyed the store.”
“One of the best stores in Helen. Absolutely love what they have done to the place. Gives off a beautiful boutique in the front but still has that original country vibe to it as well. It's got something for all ages and style choices. The employees are very kind and helpful even though they are short handed they catered to all my needs. I highly suggest checking this place out next time your in Helen.”
“The Alpine Festival of Arts and Crafts has all kinds of crafts and collectibles. Definitely worth checking out if you are in Helen. Has some very unique gifts and items for your home. Also, has personalized Christmas ornaments that you would find in the mall during Christmas.”

“We stop every year for our anniversary! Went today for our annual trip to get a new troll to my collection! The sweet young girl was so helpful, didn’t mind checking each price, and even talked about the trolls and the origin of where they came from. I bought a little furry white hair troll today. Absolutely will be coming back next year to get the next one for my collection! Hoping the guitar troll will be there next year ❤️ thank you guys for such a sweet experience!
