If I could give this store a 0 star I would. The lady working yelled and I mean yelled at my 13yr old son for picking up a helmet. There was a small sticker below it that said “do not touch”. He said he didn’t see it. I was stand next to him and there is NEVER a good reason to yell at a child. The family she was talking to was shocked as well as we all left. Hopefully she is not the owner. 4/1/24

First time in the store I noticed two team mascot bobble head figures that I wanted to purchase. They were $40 each. After the staff person rang it up and I had paid for it, I noticed the total was just under $65. I was pleasantly surprised and asked the clerk what the discount was for. She said there was not a discount and that a mistake had been made. She said she would refund us and re-do the charge. I told her I didn’t like the fact that she was randomly pulling the discount and that if I didn’t get it I would take the refund but not purchase the items. She telephoned the owner who asked to speak to me. I explained what happened and suggested that good business practice would be to allow the discount to stand since it was the store’s mistake. He was quite rude to me telling me that was my opinion and that I was trying to take advantage of his business. Not sure why he thinks that when I could have just left the store and said nothing about the discount. I took my refund and left the store. I will not shop there again.

To the owner hire employees who will take care of customers. We went to this store girls were sitting behind counter talking and on phones. We asked them if they had any NY Yankee puzzles they said whatever you see, she finally looked in back and brought us one. We put it back and didn't buy anything. Didn't bother to listen when I asked her if she had NY Yankees Coasters. We tried to get their attention. Will not come again.

A little boy picked up a figurine and shelf toppled over causing another figurine to break. The staff demanded we pay $50.00 for the broken item. We refused and told staff to review the footage of the incident. We both witnessed it and after a short poignant discussion with staff, we told them to go ahead and call PD. We stayed, but could have left as this was not a crime. Long story short, even after being told by Helen PD that it was a civil matter and would not hold in court, the owner requested a police report so that he could sue us for the loss of the $50.00 figure. He also asked the officer to force us to pay, which he could not do. I spoke with the owner on the phone and explained the matter, but he did not want to hear reason. I had shopped here several times and will never be back again. Had our son legitimately broke the item we would have paid for it and “parented” him accordingly. The staff also tried to tell us it was against the law to touch items in a store. While waiting for and speaking with police, we heard three other items and a shelf rack fall. Good luck buddy! Go pay your $350.00 filing fee.

This is for the stores owner.Just walked in and the two guys who were supposed to be working were sitting behind the big front desk. One was on his phone and the other one playing Nintendo switch. While i walked around the shop they didn't acknowledge i was there....per gaps didnt even notice

As we were about to walk past this shop, I mentioned to my friend that since she chose not to wear her Georgia Bulldogs shirt today that they were probably going to lose. It was like a triple dog dare with a cherry. She had to come in and get some Georgia merchandise. Thankfully, she was able to skip the wooden totem and the $500 signed football but she did pick up some 3D Georgia coasters and a "Hairy Dawg" bobblehead. She's extremely pleased and me too. Not just Georgia here. They have college and professional sports stuff from all across the Southeast Conference and all across the US. Shirts, hats, scarves even a huge assortment of socks. Thank goodness we stopped and made a purchase because teh Bulldogs won their game later in the day. [Review 15937 overall - 438 in Georgia - 1442 of 2021.]
