“Today I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with the staff of this great establishment. My puppy and I were hanging out while waiting on a locksmith to arrive. They all were so kind to both me AND my puppy, and I could not have asked to be at a more friendly place. I got to sit there and watch how each of the employees interacted with each and every customer. As soon as You walk through the door it's hi can I help you find something? The cashier, I didn't catch her name was so in tune with every persons needs, and her customer service skills were OUTSTANDING! The owner, Graham, was also in on all the customer service, which I mean is IMPECCABLE. I live 55 minutes from this location, but when you receive friendly service from employees who TRULY care and want to help you, it's well worth the visit.
