An absolutely beautiful store. Yet, at the busiest time of the year (the holidays), the employee was adamant that the store was closing at “7 PM” despite the posted hours on Google being 9 PM.At 6:49 PM, the same employee made an announcement to the packed store that “we’re closing in 5 minutes” and proceeded to clean the front door; a perfect spot for her to turn people away (which I observed).Meanwhile, the other employee is struggling to manage the long line of customers waiting to check out without the assistance of her colleague.Again, a beautiful shop but really bad business with the lack of care shown towards the customers.

Manager is a horrible person! He was cussing at his employees telling them not to take their breaks and that he was going to be deducting from their pay if they don’t start working harder. He didn’t just say a couple cuss words to them, he was cussing them out! And the poor workers just looked like they were used to it! Just terrible. I was going to buy things from the store but absolutely not after his behavior! Not recommending it to anyone!

A breathtaking shop to see how glass is stained and made into artifacts.

Cute store! It was cool to watch them making stuff. Can't take pics or videos of them working but was still neat.

Sadly, not the experience this time that we had come to expect during our visits. A larger number of imported items now than I remember from before (could just be my lack of memory) and no interaction from/with the person on the torch... something we had always enjoyed previously. Still some cute things made in house and you can always get your name in glass, but it just was missing something this time...

The people here are very friendly and family oriented. Polite and great attitudes. They have some really great artwork from large glass pieces to small chachkies. Definitely recommend stopping by.

I am an avid collector of blown glass animals since I was about 12. When I vacation, I like to try to find new animals from different locations to add to my collection. The Glassblowing Shop in Helen Ga. did not disappoint. So many to choose from and great prices. I was able to add a camel, raccoon, squirrel and a cool looking bird to my menagerie. They also have ornaments, personalized trinkets, video game characters and so much more ! I just wish I had more money !!!

Every time that we are in Helen we stop here to look at all the new amazing pieces. They have a live demonstration where someone is blowing glass and will take questions. Awesome place to visit highly recommend even if you're not purchasing when you walk in the door you'll likely have made a purchase by the time you leave.

So many amazing glass blown items to see! We loved visiting and we purchased several items. I still gave 5 stars but we did purchase a large rotating light base and when we arrived home and opened our purchased realized the small one was in the bag. We’re hoping the shop will mail us the one we paid for.

Huge variety of interesting glassblowing art pieces to check out. I got some of the little mini glass animals. If you can’t decide which to get, just grab a few of the “grab bags”. Those are mystery bags at a cheaper price containing 1 random animal of the small glass ones.

It was a joy to visit the glassblowing shop in Helen, GA. There is a very large selection of glass items at various prices. For a personalized experience, they will blow your name out of glass. I purchased a hand-blown hummingbird feeder. I’m very excited to display it on our back deck. I’m sure our head hummingbird, big Chingus, will enjoy guarding it.
