Complete rip off! Stopped in to get a phone case and had to pay $50. When I questioned the price they said thats cheap these go for $75. What a crock! I saw exact same case online for $25 after purchase. Live and learn.

No reflection on Verizon, however the pelican phone cases they sell is not worth the pain. The manufacturer warrants them lifetime and Verizon warrants them for 30 days. The Verizon warranty was over when the belt clip broke , well making a long story short. Good luck with pelican. This is ok, cause the sun keeps on shining.

My new iPhone has been failing to receive phone calls and not letting me call anyone. I had taken it to a Verizon store where I purchased it, and was told that there was nothing wrong with it. I had to restart it every time this happened, and it worked for a few days before shutting down again. The clerk was anxious to get to another customer. A friend told me about Verizon GoWireless, so we went there today. Logan waited on us, listened to me, and immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad simm card. He was patient, informative, and gave us some tips in addition to replacing the card and checking the phone. Without a doubt, this was the best Verizon experience we’ve had! I will always go here and highly recommend GoWire Less! Thanks so much for listening and helping us!
