H and R Blocked Hephzibah Georgia I File my texts with them in 2020 in 2021 IRS contact me about my texts they Received my check. I had to pay back.believe me it wasn't a small amount I did pay it within aweek I was Getting letters over and over from the I r s saying I need it to pay all this money. I knew I had paid it.I've come. I come to find out that she sent it in electronically day they Sent the back the same day in 2000. She ignored it. It cost me an extra two thousand dollars these people is not right. My fiancee File his taxes last year with them and he A nice Check coming back he did not receive his check. They have gave him the runaround for a year. They called today and There's nothing they could do about it we found out.Over six months ago they sent To the wrong account in another state and H and r block kept saying They will retrieve the check. TODAY they call us and said There's nothing they can do. PEOPLE Listen Don,t go there this could happen to YOU

I had an appointment with Deborah Johnson. When I arrived I was told that she actually wouldn't be until an hour later. So when she comes in, she comes up the front 2 times after being advised I had already been waiting for over an hour and still does not address me as a new customer. I will not be back and I think this was very unprofessional of her.. I do not recommend Deborah Johnson as a tax professional.

Ms. Lucy was great, and was able to basically wrap up federal and state taxes and then fax them for us. This is world's better than last year's appointment with HR Block, she saved us tons of time
