They never answer the phone I bought a wifi and it never works I visited the store to replace it and send me to another branch in the other branch they say that they are another company that is the responsibility of the store that sold me the equipment the manager left me waiting 15 minutes while he ate a taco bell ignoring me all the time because I am Latina I am paying for a damn internet without working

I sat in this store for almost 15 minutes and didn’t see a soul. Took me going out and coming back in twice to finally see someone. That’s wild.

Even though I've gotten my phone and activation within a matter of minutes i always end up having to go back because they dont put me on the right plan and charge me for extra items that i didnt ask for.
