SCAM! This place is a rip off!
They lure you in with an inexpensive rate, then immediately start increasing it. My bill went from $88 to $130 to $174, for the same unit, in ONE YEAR'S time, no late fees.
Tell me what other industry can get away with doing this?!?
They give you no advance notification so you can prepare, just hold your things hostage until you pay.
This place SUCKS.

We just moved to the area and needed to store our household goods until housing is available. Domeeka has been so helpful, we realized after booking (online) we needed another unit and she made everything go so smoothly. She was able to assist in picking the perfect size for the remaining items and made sure we were close to our original unit

I’ve had this storage unit for over 5 years. Not only are the rates ridiculous over the course of years, there is not a notification or a letter of change. To make matters worse, my mom has been gone for over 3 years and the information still isn’t updated. I get the way how it’s supposed to be set up, but I don’t think it’s necessary to do that, prices jump without warning, and now I haven’t been able to get their lock off my storage because no one is in the office when there is supposed to be someone on site and there are cars in the back of the building and the door says open, but the doors are locked. I’ve called 4 times and no response nor lock removed. I’m trying to leave this place and now I feel forced to stay. I need someone from corporate to reach out!

Brain and Thomas hooked me up, I appreciate all the help and direction they gave me, I’m going through a tough time in my life right now, closest thing to a divorce without being married and Brain helped me significantly through the process, I wish him the best and will be praying for him, God doesn’t make mistakes, needless to say Brain and Thomas thank you from the bottom of my heart!
