I visited the store one time 2019, and never went back. Walked out the store without spending my money.I will travel to Augusta Parkway to 7 Beauty Mart or Esquire hair store on Tabacco Road anytime. This location can keep their items, bad customer service, and unwelcoming business practices. Let this store keep their items.

Shopped here once and that was all I needed. Owner was rude and very nasty about wearing a mask and their prices are ridiculously high.

I had to return twice within 3 days after having the dip in powder service by Rebecca. By day 5 my nails were cracking and peeling AGAIN!!. These return visits were just destroying my nails. So I have given them $65 to destroy my nails. I had been there before and had a good experience but with this last visit in December 2022, I WILL NEVER go back or recommend anyone!!!

I bought a shampoo from this store at 1:44pm on a Thursday for an elderly family member. Exactly 30 minutes later I returned to exchange the shampoo and was told that I could not do so because they could not resale due to the possible addition of water. This would imply that I took the time to open the shampoo, add water, and re-seal the product within 30minutes of purchase. If anyone opened the product, it was the store clerk.This is unacceptable as the policy posted says that non-returnable items include wearable products.Although there is a nice selection of hair products, I will never recommend this store or return to make further purchases. If you are looking for quality service that is fair, please look for another store in the Augusta area.

Have mostly anything you need pertaining to taking care of you hair. Have very nice press on nails also. People are friendly.

This is my second time going there and being highly disappointed. The price index is too high. The technicians feel it's more important to talk on there cell phones then to pay attention to what the paying customer is requesting. I had to sit and wait for my technician to finish his search on social media before he was ready to do his job and do my nails. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I came to relax and enjoy the massage chair with my daughter. I got a rushed job with a whole conversation between my tech Emily and another employee. My toes were trimmed and not filed. When I mentioned it the Emily tired to tell me I was good. I was looking at the uneven trim. She did file my nails and wiped the dust off with her fingers instead of cleaning my nail beds as she should. I also told her this. I went to dryer and like magic all of the filing residue came to surface on my nails. Emily carried on in her native tongue and proceeded to re-paint over the dust. My daughters toes came out fine. We will not be back.
