I went to sonic today 12/19 and got lunch for me and my family and when i got home to eat after taking 2-3 bites i looked down at my sandwich and noticed the chicken was still raw in the inside! When i called the sonic store i asked for a manager on duty and the person on the phone said your speaking to one and i told him what was going on with my sandwich and it was a 3 minute literal delay of silence before he said what do you want us to do about it. He was very nonchalant with no care in the world that i was eating raw chicken. Poor customer service we have never had a problem with this sonic and we go here all the time but won’t be any longer. Everyone does make mistakes but it’s how you handle the mistake that makes a difference and the “manager” didn’t handle this at all well. I would like to speak to someone hire up, as a business owner myself I would definitely want my associates to do and be better.

Pulled up and parked. After deciding what we wanted to order, I pushed the red button. I didn't get a response right away, but when I did, I was told that they would be with me. We waited and waited. We heard other customers being helped. The vehicle next to us was being serviced by 2 employees. They all seemed to be laughing and talking as if they were all friends. Paying customers should all be treated equally. After sitting for about 10-15 minutes, we drove off due to very poor service or lack of service in our case.

I ordered jalapenos and chili cheese hotdogs. The hotdogs were below average and over priced at $399.And the jalapeno poppers could havebeen better. But it was above average.But overall I think sonic is a good fast food joint.Parking: You can order your food from your car and most of the customer service reps are trained very good they are polite. I would recommend sonic. Sonic is an underrated fast food joint in my opinion

We recently visited this place to order, but unfortunately, nobody attended to us when we stopped. Even when I sought assistance at the window, everyone ignored us, including the manager in the blue shirt who was making drinks without acknowledging us. All my child wanted was to order 6pc Mozzarella sticks. It's disappointing since we had planned to gift three people a $50 gift card today, but the missed opportunity led us to another location where we received excellent service and rewarded the employee with two gift cards.

They service here SUCKS. Came at 10:15pm no one answered on the speaker. Had to pull up to the window where I continued to be ignored by the entire staff. After honking not ONCE but TWICE I was finally serviced. Witnessed multiple cars come through the drive thru and leave because they couldn't got anyone through the speaker. This location needs a new staff the management to the cashiers. Too bad there's not an option for negative stats.
