They never answer the phone, they go to lunch without leaving anyone in the building for customer service help. We need to hire people that want to help people.

They send some mail to my parents address, still, and the mail sent to my actual adress arrives a week or more late. They sent my bank card to Florida, which was never an address of mine. I genuinely do not like this post office and I wish something could be done about these problems. Getting a p.o. Box was an awful mistake as well!

I have a package that states it marked delivered at 2:07 in the mailbox.. goes to mailbox there is no package or mail. I keep getting other people mail that I have to deliver to them and others get my mail

This place is ridiculous you try to call them & get disconnected & the mail carrier is is rude after to got a message about my package being delivered & yet never got it I left a note in the mailbox asking them to come to my apartment to ask about it , there response back was call the post office.

So I went there to mail a package to my son in the military with an APO adress. The lady behind the counter informed me with the most friendly demeanor that it's no longer possible, I have to print my customs label online. I had it already filled out by hand. So I go home and call the 800 customer service number for USPS. It was a blatant lie. So I went to the Peach Orchard Rd branch and sent my package. I should have looked at her name tag, but all I can say if she's too lazy to do her job , find another. Karma will pay you back ? ?.

The one saving Grace I can say is Carrier Rickey. He is by far the best and I always know when it is not him delivering and just a sub. If they could clone MR. Rickey then this site could be saved. They also had a few great carriers years back but alas it seems they hire just to fill spots and those that they have just do not have what Mr. Rickey and the other few greats had. Help our Post Office!!!

The lady who did passports 05/31/2024 was very disrespectful and RUDE! Walk in time was 9-10am and all her coworkers stated she was late so everyone had to WAIT. Then she came to work with the nastiest attitude as if any of us was the reason she was late for work. If you can go elsewhere to be serviced I would highly recommend it.

If you need anything done drive to the next post office because this one was not it. Rude customer service. Don’t expect your passport time to be honored even if you are on time but in line waiting.

Very rude and unprofessional!!
They never answer the phone and when you go up there you get no answers rude passive aggressive comments. They are always putting my mail in others mailboxes and I get missing mail.

Don't expect service when you call! If they answer the phone, they may hang the phone up on you! They constantly misdeliver my mail and this really has to end! I don't know if it's a training issue or if the carrier needs a reading class! Either way, the carriers at this branch need to pay attention to the mail they deliver. The address is on the label!

Made an appointment for passports and arrived 45 minutes early. 15 minutes prior to our appointment. We were told we would not be seen regardless of our appointment or not. That the person did not want to see us.

I haven't received my mail in months. Yep. Months. My car is close to my mailbox, to a point where a USPS driver can't just drive up to it and put in the mail. (They MAY be able to... but it's tight) It's broken down, not IN FRONT of the mailbox, but CLOSE to the mailbox....but because they have to walk out of their mail truck, maybe taking an extra 1 second, they will not deliver my mail.I can't fix it until April (engine recall - it has to sit there until then) They have never left a "come pick up your mail" slip. When I have gone to the physical Hephzibah Post Office to pick up my mail, they will not let me, because the mail deliverers have NEVER left a slip. They apparently just hold onto all my mail and throw it out. I don't get bills, family letters, nothing. Because nobody on either side, delivery or in-house, does their job. The fact that I can't even pick up my mail, after giving my address and explaining the situation, is preposterous. They are giving me NO options. They make me want to MOVE. Horrible. One of the ladies in the post office even told me that they should be leaving a mail slip every time to come pick up mail. Where is the accountability here?

This is the worst post office ever! They will say they didn't have access to deliver your packages even though there is nothing and I mean absolutely nothing stopping them from delivering. They don't want to walk up to your door which is absurd! This has happened a multitude of times. This post office needs to be SHUT DOWN! I see why the rating is a 2.0. That's from 113 reviews. They are horrible.
