The absolute worst! The pharmacy has the worst service I've ever experienced. No one hardly ever comes to the drive thru window, no one answers the phone and when you finally get helped by someone via over the phone or in person their attitudes are terrible. I will be switching my pharmacy immediately. This has been going on way too long.

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. The drive thru always takes forever for just one car. I have called the pharmacy multiple times to try to speak with someone about my prescriptions and they have me on hold for over 10 minutes at a time, pick up, and then just hang up the phone. I know they ignore the pharmacy phone because I've walked in to get my prescriptions and watched them walk by the phone and just let it ring on end. I receive text updates about my prescriptions and multiple times they haven't given me all the ones that were notified to me that they were ready. Not to mention my scripts have taken days to get filled. They also aren't attending the drive thru during the hours that are listed. We went through it 10 minutes after their lunch break ended and they still had a sign up saying that the drive thru was closed. There has also been several times where the pharmacy was just temporarily closed.

Filled out required forms online to "speed the process", only to arrive and they still made me fill out a paper form 15 mins past appt time (4) 30 mins past appt time (3.5) Called on people who arrived after folks sitting and waiting for 30 mins (2.5) 45 mins past appt time (2) Finally get seen after I return to the counter to ask for an approximate wait time, which they probably should make some effort to say, display, guess- anything. "It's gonna be an hour wait, after you made an appt." At least you can be prepared for that and decide if you want to, or can wait. The tech says "oh you haven't received your shot yet?" after I pointed out a gentleman that came in well into my 30 mins, was serviced before me and quite a few other folks that had been waiting.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever seen! They hung up on me three times for the pharmacy while I'm trying to get my husbands emergency meds! Then I went in and they told me it's a two hour wait. I called to speak to the manager of the pharmacy and once again hung up on! I called again to speak to the store manager and was left on hold for half and hour. I was just in the store, it's not busy. Out of line! If I were you don't use this store, I hope it goes out of business. Never had such bad service in my life

Staff are rude and ghetto, they don't care about anything and they are never at the counter they're always just talking in the back. No wonder the wait times are always 2 hours because they don't do anything.

Ordered photos at Walgreens and received an email that they were ready. I ordered 1 wood panel and when I arrived there were three photos sitting out. They were NOT in any packaging and there was NO label. After reviewing the photos they were NOT done correctly and the young lady didn't know anything. Glue on the photos, crooked and all. I asked if they were left out because they were wrong and IF there was an wooded panel done correctly that was boxed up for me. She didn't know anything, and couldn't provide me any help. She didn't call for help either. Word of advice for anyone ordering photos. DO NOT pay for your purchase until you arrive to the location. Do NOT pay online.

Store: Nice, Clean, New. Pharmacy: Made an appointment to get my Covid-19 Booster online, filled out my in-processing form upon arrival, and waited an hour to be seen. They took my form, said they'd be with me in a minute, and never came back. After an hour and a half from my appointment time, I got up an left. They're clearly understaffed, but there's more issues below the surface than that.

This store should be shut down to due the lack of customer service and professionalism to customers. They could care less about anyone that comes through their doors. I’m having to pay extra money to go on a family vacation because you can’t get a Covid test in on time and for the lack of respect.

Too expensive, and advertise sell items are usually not available. Never shop another Walgreens or CVS again.

They are to busy to care. They extend your waiting time on the phone for hours and never get through to talk to a human. Poor communication skills and no one smiles. Too sad and causes frustration.

Two of the staff members were uncaring and impersonal. They offered no assistance in trying to figure out why insurance didn't go through. I contacted the insurance department personally and was informed that the pharmacy had processed the claim incorrectly. It would have cost me over $200 more had I not pursued. No apology from staff. I seriously recommend that you use a different Walgreens. I know I will.
