Absolutely the best people there and they are so helpful! Me and my husband went in to trade in our phones and we got the most amazing person and got several lines at a great price and with great promotional deals! Will definitely be going back to this store!

Best experience i have ever had. The manager does a great job and makes sure she always helping with assisting her employees. Nina and jason are very hard workers and always go an extra mile. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I went on February the 4th to pay my phone bill this new girl that was hired as a manager .....sitting at her table eating her breakfast... never acknowledged me I asked her I like to pay my phone bill... she was on the phone made me wait for 20 minutes ?after 20 minutes went by I tried to be nice she asked for my license I gave it to her and she looked it up ...and threw it on the floor never said I'm sorry? I didn't say anything then I asked can you show me some good deals on phone ? and see what kind of deal you had she never acknowledged me she stayed on the phone I'm very dissatisfied and I will never go back..... All the other people you've had working at that store has been very nice polite but this young lady was very rude never acknowledge me as a customer coming in and never showed me any deal and I've been with AT&t for 1year

Ive been to the store multiple times and the Manager is never there, when she is called to help, she is an hr away on personal errands.The 1 employee left there doesnt know how to properly help customers and she has a very bad attitude.

The sales girl lied. Flat out lied. Lied about the service, lied about the price and billing. Took over 3 HOURS to port 3 phones over from Verizon after several promises from her that we were "almost finished". We were very late to church where my husband is the youth pastor so that was not good.Had AT&T for approximately 2 weeks and couldn't WAIT to get back to Verizon. Dead spots all over Hiawassee, Hayesville and Murphy. The first bill was estimated to be $876 with a monthly "ongoing" estimate of over $500. This is literally more than twice as much as my monthly Verizon bill. I don't know what kind of calculations this girl did to arrive at a monthly bill of around $180 but it was dead wrong. She even told us she had to have Verizon service but she was changing to AT&T a soon as her phones were paid off. That must have been some story because I'm sure working for AT&T they would be more than happy to pay off an employee's phones so it doesn't look like a serious conflict of interest having cell service with a competitor.

I love how easy it is to get to this place. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It’s great to have an official AT&T in our small town.

The man in the Towns County ATT store was so helpful. He was kind and straight forward, good personality. He made sure I understood the process and was just overall very good to do business with. He deserves a raise or some kind of recognition because I have used ATT for 15+ years and it is always such a long, drawn out experience that always ends with me having a migraine and this was the first time everything went smooth and enjoyable. Seriously nice guy, will continue to come to this store.

Extremely unhelpful and they have no idea what they are doing. The man working there set me up for 2 accounts and refuses to take blame or reimburse the hundreds he added to my bill. Completely worthless. Trash

I went to the Hiawassee store. “Hugh” promptly greeted me and listened to the issue. He took the time to explain the problem, solution and successfully resolved the issue, even though he was the sole staff and there were other clients in the store.The staff in the Hiawassee store listened and cheerfully resolved the problem. Hugh was especially helpful in taking the time and going the extra mile. I appreciate that the Hiawassee staff knows that the clients pay their salaries. I hope that their bosses know that they are appreciated for understanding what customer service means. They are “keepers”.If you want to be treated as a valuable client, drive the extra few miles and go the Hiawassee store.
