“Bradley was exceptionally helpful and kind - not just to me but to everyone in the store! He and Benny were very busy with lots of customers but they were both patient and cheerful with all of us and did their level best to fix all problems. Bradley helped me pick out a new phone, transfer data from my old phone, and was even able to lower my monthly bill! Very thankful for these great Verizon employees in Hiawassee, GA!”

“The staff at this store is awesome. The best experience I’ve had at any AT&T store. I would absolutely recommend dealing with the customer service folks at this store. Alfredo was incredible and could multitask while helping more than one customer at a time without degrading any one individual’s personalized service.”
