A big shout out to Eva, the store manager at the Hiawassee GA location. I brought in a FedEx package but only had the label on my phone. Eva went out of her way to help me by asking me to leave the package and she would continue to try to receive the emailed label for printing. Walgreens does not offer printing and we were having trouble getting this label to print. But Eva understood my concerns and showed some exemplary old school customer service and resolved my problem. Thanks Eva!Hey FedEx, if you are going to have pickup and dropoff service at Walgreens, why not equip them with a scanner and label maker?

Very friendly. Clean well stocked store. The check out is usually slow. Not somewhere I'd go if I was in a rush. But the cashiers are well trained and friendly.

430 appointment for a vaccine. no one else there for vaccine. pretty soon 6 or 7 others were there, one didn't have an appointment until after 5. A couple, including the man with the later appointment get called back for their vaccines. Apparently they forgot about me and another person who were in front of them. I finally got my vaccine after 530 pm. It was just another reminder of why I never use Walgreens for anything. very poor customer service.

Was checking out this morning with several items, all of which were on sale. They all incorrectly rang up as full price, and the cashier insisted that I walk her to each item in the store to show her the sale tag. So watch out, they’ll overcharge you for everything. Thanks for wasting my and everyone else in line’s time!!!

I only like going into Walgreen's when Jason or Debbie is working..to get my prescriptions...The others behind the counter are not as friendly and they act like they are clueless when it comes to your prescriptions....I feel that Jason and Debbie go out of their way to help you and explain things to you...Maybe the other people in the pharmacy can learn something from Jason and Debbie...might be helpful....!!!!
