Washworx has great prices and very nice workers! I dropped off my yukon at 10am and there was one young guy working and less than two hours later it was done! Super happy with this place and will definitely use them in the future!

I loved Washworx before the new management. Went to get my car detailed today, arrive to an empty office, wait 10 minutes, nobody!I walk the grounds and let someone know I am there. I get a “Be right there!” So head back to the office. After 5 more minutes, I was done.If this is how they treat customers that want to pay them, then I shudder to think what their work is like.Edit: My apologies as think I may have exaggerated a little bit.After 10 minutes, according to the timer I started on my phone as couldn’t believe it, I may have left after 1 minute and 44 seconds after that instead of five minutes.Good catch owner, thanks for calling that out and forgetting your team told me to “come at any time, we have someone here at all times between 8-5”.

Tried them after the change in ownership and was very pleased. They had Great customer service. I just dropped my truck off and got a full detail. It hasn’t looked this good since I bought it. I would highly recommend them!Services: Clay bar treatment

Brought my Porsche twice. The first time they did it, they did a poor job but they touched it up. The second time I brought it there, they did even the worst job. For 70 bucks I expected more. I will not be going back.

I have had many details done on my vehicles over the years and was a manager of a shop for 4 years. Was not impressed, anyone can put protectent on a dash, but to get all the crevices and hard to reach spots are what make the difference.

Ruined fabric convertible top. Owner refused to accept responsibility and only offered for “his” guy to fix the ruined top. Now my convertible top looks like a zebra. We will forced to litigate issue or turn it in as a claim on insurance.Service: Auto detailing
