This place is very unprofessional, customer service is horrible!!! I purchased a washer and dryer also a 75inch tv both are fully paid,I had plans on purchasing more but I can't provide my money in this place of business if I don't feel respected, appreciated and etc.Ashley has a very nasty attitude she's very rude and unprofessional and it seems as if this place of business allows this so I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Zero stars because the employees are rude. I came in and they just sat behind their desk . Ashley ( I believe is her name ) was very rude, I won’t be returning .

Do yourself a favor and do not shop at Aaron’s ! Save yourself the headache! This establishment is ghetto and very unprofessional. Ashley is rude and will hang up in your face when you are trying to pay and do business. Just save yourself the headache. It’s not worth the high priced items and the harassment that comes with it ! If I could I would give this a zero star just based off of them being rude and unprofessional

I did an online order for washer and dryer and since this was the closest store to my new house, it was sent to this location.First-They never called me to let me know it had arrived and to set up a delivery date. I had to call the store 3 times and finally called corporate and was told my item has arrived 10 days prior.Second-After me calling multiple times, they set up the delivery date. The gentleman comes in and asks for mi ID, since is a FL ID, they needed proof of residence. We had just moved in and obviously only had electronic statements. Delivery man calls his boss after me telling him I had nothing except house agreement that I could email. I told him nobody has told me this before if not I would of printed our house agreement or internet contract.Third-The delivery gentleman brings in washer and dryer but they don’t fit if put side to side. I understood that they were not fitting side to side and asked if he could stack them since they are stackable. At this point I was annoyed and asked what where my options and he straight up told me I was responsible and he left both washer and dryer, not installed, in my laundry room.Horrible experience, now me and my husband have to figure out how to install washer/dryer and stack them. So happy ..

No matter how much time has passed between visits Mike never forgets me. Always has me taken care of and always making each visit personal. I wish I could steal him from you guys but he is loyal and I love that about him as well. Anyone else I encounter always greets me and is always pleasant to work with. Yall got this customer service down baby.

Ashley I believed was the rude lady name. Very uncooperative she seem to act like she was the owner of Aaron’s. Threatening me that they can come anytime to get items. I have paid 12 weeks of payments and my hard earned money towards my account. The ezpay on the app don’t allow you to setup payments so that’s one thing I can literally sue this company about for lying and providing false information to the customer. But I really felt dissatisfaction with the way she handle the situation. Again it’s the company products not Ashley products I hope she get moved to deliver not take phone calls.

aarons in hinesville georgia has a lying employee who lied and said in order to rent from aarons, you must sign and agree to ez pay. the employee said, no ez pay, no rental. i called corporate and they said what he said was wrong. the employee looked at me directly and lied to me about aarons policy another employee of this terrible customer service store, lied and told me, aarons does not allow short term rentals. if you rent it from aarons, you are required to pay it off or tace penalties. the man instructed his employee to put in my account that he warned me about short term rentals and penalties asked for district manager and no response. here is when customers start thinking conspiracy??? hmmm did i just get caught up and catch aarons employees lying to customers as a cultural employment norm? how many customers trust the words of aarons employees? on average, who expects employees to be liars and scam artist? i would watch myself. i think, i am not the first or only customer lied to, to force a customer to use ez pay and forced to pay out full rental price???

You can order products from Amazon and put it on a payment plan! This is great. It expands the product offering. I'm impressed.
