I cannot say enough good things about this Aspen Dental. I have been coming to the Hinesville Aspen Dental since 2021 after having a horrifically traumatic experience elsewhere. The office personnel are patient and polite. They’re very understanding when it comes to any rescheduling and administrative needs. The dental staff is EXCEPTIONAL! I am often weary when I do not get the same medical professional at doctors offices, however I’ve felt comfortable and in good hands with all staff at the Hinesville location. Taylor and Marissa are my favorite dental hygienists. Feels like I’m catching up with a friend after 6 months when I sit in the chair. They explain everything clearly and concisely to me, I always know what is about to happen and what they need from me. My primary dentist, Dr. Sundin is wonderful! She makes me feel safe and reassured. She also explains everything she’s doing as she does it or before she does it to help quell my anxieties. She’s highly knowledgeable. For those staff I could not name, I am sorry! You all rock, keep it up! I don’t think I’ve made my appreciation for this establishment clear enough- I also currently drive from where I live in Orlando, Florida up to Hinesville, GA to been seen at this specific location because that is how well I feel taken care of.

Some of the staff we're very sweet, professional and kind, but my experience with one of the DDSs was not good. Listen, I've been in and out the ER with toothpain and infection and when I finally got insurance (Cigna, not through marketplace) because i didn't have dental insurance before, as i couldn't afford it, and it feels like I was discriminated against as being a "drug addict" because I'm only 43 and my teeth are as bad as they are, (i dare say the worst teeth theyve seen for my age, not to mention the constant pain, we're talking chipped, broken, tooth loss and majorly infected teeth and gums.To add insult to injury, they give me a weak antibiotic and REGULAR STRENGHT TYLENOL, and not to gross anyone out, but there's actively bleeding, puss, broken, chipped and missing teeth, as a result of being deathly sick for so long. The tooth decay began because of the lack of nutrients I went without for so long and it caught up with me and I got hair loss, teeth AND fingernail issues as a direct result, not to mention domestic violence mixed in there.Yeah. I'd say I was pretty much discriminated against, for sure.

Definitely don’t recommend. Most of the staff were nice and I have no complaints with the assistants/techs and doctors. But the woman who does the financial could use a whole attitude adjustment. She was VERY short with me, talked a mile a minute and didn’t bother to really explain things. Claimed my previous est treatment plans from another aspen weren’t in my records. I absolutely won’t be getting work done there.

I love the staff they are very professional and so sweet there was one bad seed that I had a very short time with the day of my appointment at the front desk when I had to reschedule because of a time mix up but the other young lady with the braids came to my rescue and everything was fine. Over all the staff was amazing. I felt comfortable letting them do what needed to b done. The clinic was very clean and organized also. It was way above my expectations overall 10/10. Would definitely recommend. Also they are affordable most importantly.

While I loved the dentist herself and the dentist assistants were great I felt really rushed once I had gotten done talking with the dentist but also very unimportant. My appointment was at 2:00. I had made an emergency appointment because I need a tooth taken out and when I got there I was waiting for almost 2 hours just to have a 5 minute conversation with the dentist about how there wasn’t time to take my tooth out that day. Then I got kinda rushed through the treatment options and was told that “so once you commit to this set of treatments (the tooth pulling, a cleaning, multiple fillings, a cap, and liners) this will all be completed within 30 days. That should work for your schedule if you commit to it.” I’m a full time worker and part time student, along with a lot of medical problems that require a lot of doctors visits. I can’t keep taking time off for a couple of treatments that can hold off for another week or two after my emergency tooth problem nor can I afford them without a couple more paychecks. When I had said could we space the treatments because I don’t have that free of a schedule I was then told “well this is the only reasonable way to go about it. We will get everything settled and done in 30 days.” I just felt so rushed to try and get everything done as soon as possible. Which is not how I should feel when I go to a dentist for one problem and explain that I just want my treatments more spaced out so that I could afford them and not get so stressed about my teeth for an entire month.

Talked to a lady from Aspen Dentals yesterday and she said that she would she what she could do to help me get my work done. She said she would contact the Transplant foundation. It’s still people out here that do care and will help you , you just have to let God work??
