Aretha was awesome. I signed up through a third party at costco after a recommendation from a friend. The third party messed up on activating my and my husband's line. Aretha and her team were a saving grace!

I came in on 3/23/24. It was close to 6 p.m. I was a little confused on a text and email I had received concerning my bill. Troy Smith approached me to ask how he could help me. He was extremely polite, helpful and understanding. He dug into it a bit to see if he could figure it out. Nakaris Gentle, The Store Manager, offered her assistance as well. It was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Very positive and helpful. Once that was sorted out I asked about a new phone and Troy Smith listened to what was important to me and recommended a phone that would suit my needs the best. I recently had a bad car accident and to be honest. This experience really made my day. I couldn’t do anything today but I will be heading right back up to there to see Troy and buy a new phone next month. I just wanted to make sure someone knew what a fantastic job they did. A+ ?

Tene was so helpful. She worked extremely hard to solve the problem with my iPad. She patiently and spent over thirty minutes, all with a smile. If only all customer service personnel were like her the world would be a better place.?

I went in this store and the manager narkisha gentle is a horrible manager was screaming at the customer very rude I had my two young children in there so I just left very negative store every time I go in there I can’t ever get anything resolved and seeing how she acted towards that lady made me even more discouraged to go back I would give -5 stars if that was an option

Nakaris gentle has a horrible customer service rep she had a nasty disposition for the store manager wasn’t any help provided i had to go home and call wait on the phone to get anything done was just a waste of time she needs to be fired probably better off at mcdonalds!!!

I love this AT&T store! I’ve not ever not been greeted when walking in the door. It doesn’t matter how busy they are,someone will always walk up to you and greet you! Everyone is always so friendly and kind. Florian has always been the person to help me. He always finds ways to save me money,and really what the best interest for me personally is. He’s always willing to go above and beyond even for his coworkers as I witnessed that yesterday. All around awesome guy! Hands down best phone store I’ve ever walked into!

I don't have AT&T but I came here with my friend a few times. Sometimes they fixed the issue, sometimes not so much. He always hated having to go here to get something fixed.
