The Worst car wash I’ve been in hinesville,they will just take your money and do absolutely nothing. I visited them today for a deep cleaning inside and out I had them redo my car twice and still stay the same,and they scratched my car on something ?

I go to Auto Shine often but this time I was disappointed this time . I got Deluxe Wash as I always do when I walk through the car to inspect I had them touch up certain areas due to the fact that I was in a rush after being there for about 45 minutes .When I got home, I noticed that the vacuuming was not done properly and they forgot my third roll never got vacuumed. Which when I got out of the car I informed them that the car needed a deep vacuum and that I have a third seat area. I also noticed that they forgot to clean my second roll in third row. There was a lot of dust and dirt on my seats, and on the cupholders nothing was wiped down properly and in the trunk they didn't take out my mat to clean off, it was dirty and filthy. I came home and had to re-vacuum my car and wipe my car down because of the dirt.

The assistant manager at auto shine got my car I just purchased at Vaden Nissan that their detail department left a filthy mess in fully cleaned even worked after hours to clean my Cadillac and make it look fantastic. I've been going to Autoshine for years and I'm very disappointed in the services the services are not good anymore the people that work there are unprofessional I spend too much money there too get my cars cleaned all the time to not have Good services. Last week I spoke with the so call manager Nia and she doesn't need that job because she lied to me and told me she would honor my pas and she didn't. Everyone that goes there please make sure you check you're car throughly before leaving because they do a half job for all the money you pay to have it cleared very disappointed in this companyService: Auto detailing

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH ! I TOOK MY CAR HERE TO BE WASHED AND ENDED UP LEAVING WITH DAMAGE. THE PRESSURE WASHER CHIPPED THE PAINT ON ALL OF MY DOORS AND ALL AROUND MY CAR. I SPOKE WITH STEPHEN THE MANAGER AND REVIEWED THE CAMERA FOOTAGE , WHICH SHOWED THE GUY UP CLOSE TO MY VEHICLE SPRAYING MY CAR WITH 800PSI (PER STEPHEN) OF WATER. STEPHEN WAS VERY ADAMANT HIS GUYS DID ANYTHING WRONG AND WAS VERY DEFENSIVE WHEN I BROUGHT THE DAMAGE TO HIS ATTENTION. I HAVE A PICTURE OF MY CAR PRIOR TO IT BEING PREPPED FOR THE CAR WASH AND THE DAMAGE AFTER IT WENT THROUGH. MY HUSBAND WENT BACK TO THE CAR WASH TO GET MY PASS THAT HIS EMPLOYEE , JAKE TOOK FROM ME UPON GETTING OUT OF MY VEHICLE. STEPHEN REFUSED TO GIVE HIM THE PASS/ RECEIPT FOR SERVICES AND STATED HE DIDN’T WANT MY CAR BACK TO THE BUSINESS DUE TO PENDING LITIGATION AND I COULD SPEAK WITH HIM TOMORROW AFTER HE SPEAK WITH THE OWNER ABOUT THE DAMAGE DONE BY THE PRESSURE WASHER. STEPHEN IS OBNOXIOUS AND HIS AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IS A VERY BAD DISGUSTING POOR REPRESENTATION TO THIS BUSINESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CAR HERE. STEPHEN LACKS COMMON SENSE OBVIOUSLY AND IT DOES NOT TAKE A GENIUS TO KNOW YOU CAN NOT PRESSURE WASH A CAR UP CLOSE USING 800 PSI OF WATER.Service: Vacuuming

Car was washed better than expected. My car hadn't been cleaned or washed since April or May. I had window markers on my windows since May and could not get all of it off. They cleaned the inside AND got majority of the window marker off. I was in and out in no time.Great place to take your car during the summer.

The seats were vacuumed well and the customer service was good but there were some areas-like where the shift gears are at-that could’ve easily been done just by vacuuming it. It took about 45 minutes and this was the $30 package.
