Husband went in to exchange a tool with a lifetime warranty and employee (Erica) was extremely rude and nasty! Typing very hard on the keyboard & mentioned that she was just coming back and that she wasn’t in the mood or something to that effect. That is extremely unacceptable and I hope she is held responsible. There are plenty people that would love and need a job. If you can’t have a decent attitude then home is probably the best place for you. It doesn’t take much to be kind. Thanks to the guy that gave her pointers on what to do or else the tool wouldn’t have been able to be successfully exchanged.

Had so many questions and Josh was very helpful. Even came outside multiple times to help explain and demonstrate what I needed to do. Also realized he charged me to much and came back out to come make sure I got a refund for the amount I overpaid. Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable during my shopping there. Highly recommend!

My daughter called me that her car would not start after stopping a at c-store in Georgia, i said it was her battery, so she got someone to jump start her vehicle, I then instructed her to drive to the nearest Auto Zone because they will change it out with purchase of a new one. The AutoZone employee said he would sell her a battery but couldn't install it. i don't know how things are done in Georgia but that would not happen in Louisiana. Especially being 8 hrs from home. That makes me very upset , i guess I am now going to take my business to O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

The absolute WORST customer service!!! The person that “helped” us had an ear bud in and was on the phone the entire time he tended to us. Checked the battery and couldn’t be bothered to stop his conversation long enough to say what was wrong and instead just nudged my husband with the machine to show him the results. Inside the store he claimed he couldn’t tell us when the warranty had expired only that it had and continued on the phone while all of this was happening. He was cursing and carrying on without any concern to what we went in for. Knowing that information we will ABSOLUTELY be taking our business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional!!!
