An absolutely terrible experience! If you want good customer service and a well put together order, steer clear of this place! I ordered my appliance last week and had to wait 5 days for delivery only to discover it was the wrong washer. I had left work early to meet the delivery drivers and I was not happy. Such a waste of time. They were willing to come back later, but what added insult to injury was when Nadia told me that I would not get a credit and an exchange for the correct washer… Really?!! An exchange for the proper appliance is only right. This was their mistake and they didn’t even want to remove or discount the service fees. Then, I spoke with Marina, the store Manager. She said I could get a discount if I accepted the display model. The catch was that I had to leave work again to stop by and sign paperwork, come back and then leave a 3rd time to meet the delivery drivers at my residence, (they couldn’t come right back because of other deliveries). Now what part of that is okay?? I canceled everything! They really need to get better organized and more efficient.

Told the sales person what I was looking for and she took me right to it. She answered all questions I had. Nice and friendly hometown service! I purchased a very comfortable sofa with chaise with availability in 2 days.

We purchased almost a whole house of furniture. They made several mistakes on delivery. There were many delays. The delivery people damaged my house and broke some of the furniture they delivered. They also threw trash in the construction dumpster across the street causing the builder to be unhappy with me. They made several exchanges but now almost a year later we are still waiting on a mattress and a bench. Every time I call them they say they don’t know what I am talking about and then they seem to figure it out and make promises but never follow through.

The only reason I’m giving this 1 star is because of the salesperson jada. Her communication skills were great. My issue is I waited 2 weeks & a few days for a bedroom set just to find out the headboard & footboard was cracked & they weren’t going to be able to put the bed frame up the day of my delivery while they were at my house. Do they not check the merchandise before it leaves the store ? Of course I got my refund but this will be my first & last time doing business with badcock.

Purchase of a leather recliner , 2018- Fathers Day. Cost 598 dollars along with furniture protection Leather insurance- total cost-699.66! Why is this leather lounger pealing? Unable to contact Customer Service Yet!

The experience I had in the store was great. I worked with Ms. Nadia over the course of a few days just trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. I ordered my daughters furniture and the overall IN STORE experience was great. Friendly and welcoming environment but the delivery and assembly on the other hand , NOT so great. They assembled but daughters bed and only used half of the hardware and the even did a make shift thing on the bottom I’m assuming because one screw was missing. They left the WHOLE MIDDLE BAR of the bed off and told my mom it wasn’t necessary (and it very much was to hold the slats up). I ordered a chair and they didn’t add the wheels . I wish I could rate the store and the delivery separately because the store 5/5 and delivery and assembly 0/5. I want to thank Nadia again for going above and beyond for fixing it for us. For her service alone is the reason I gave the 4 stars .

LeMont was the Best “Rep” I have ever met!He went above and beyond to make sure I walked out the store with all of my items I wanted to purchase! 10 out of 10 is not even up too par with what I would give him!AMAZING WITHOUT A DOUBT, Respectable and Nice.

Very bad management and poor communication skills. Delivery was scheduled twice and no one showed up. No phone calls, no explanations. They just have me sitting and waiting all day. They like playing games with people’s money and time. I would not recommend! Stay away from the Hinesville store

I would give no stars if I could. Will not do business with this company or the insurance company they use again. Took over a mth. To figure out our refrigerator was broken. Then took over a week to get a new one. Was told I would be reembursed for lost food. Still waiting for our reembursement check. Nothing after a mth called Virginia my case manager and nothing. I will tell everyone about the service I received.
