After calling again, the energy given by each person I spoke with to get to Jamashia including Jamashia was infectious. Jamashia’s high quality service and meticulous care were supreme. Jamashia graciously pinpointed each of the three issues I faced, was able to provide a well educated answer for these challenges and also, a solution for the experience I’d had with kaylala. Though my experience did not go how I thought it should have on my first call(Kuhlaylay), my second call (with Jamashia) showed me that I was exactly where I needed to be. “Never had any problems with the tellers or bank. But the hours really are not the best. CLOSED on Saturday??? Banks I have been with before usually are open til noon on Saturday. It is crazy, ever since 2020 and covid, businesses shorten their hours and days off. Not the first business to do this and inconvenience patrons. But overall I have banked with them since 1996, when they were The Hinesville Bank and never had any problems.”
