Ashley Alicea (facility manager) went above and beyond in many ways to ensure my needs were met without added stress. I utilized this facility to store my vehicle for over a year while I was overseas. The entire transaction from drop off to pick up was seamless. Initially I was going to pickup after hours due to my flight getting in late. Ms. Alicea graciously arranged to leave my key in a lockbox outside the facility so I would be able to pickup at my convenience. My travel plans fell through so I hired a car transport/shipping company. Ms. Alicea patiently worked with me for several days getting all the documentation in order for the shipment. She truly made the entire process very smooth and seamless. Finally, the shipping company notified her that they would be arriving after business hours on a Friday afternoon. Ms. Alicea once again went out of her way to stay late and wait for the shipping company to arrive outside of their business hours. Ms. Alicea did all of this while maintaining an extremely kind and professional demeanor. I highly recommend this facility. In today's world it's nearly impossible to find businesses and Managers who provide genuine caring and supportive customer support with a great attitude. Ms. Alicea at Climate Controlled Storage in Hinesville truly sets the bar for all other businesses to follow.

My experience with U-Haul customer service, particularly with manager Luisa over the phone, was exceptionally poor. Despite reaching out for assistance with my reservation from Hinesville, GA to Ocala, FL, Luisa's handling of the situation left much to be desired.Communication with Luisa was challenging and unhelpful. She appeared uninformed about my reservation details and was unable to provide clear guidance or assistance. Her responses were lacking in professionalism and failed to address my concerns effectively.When I encountered issues during the rental, including damage to my vehicle, Luisa offered no meaningful assistance or resolution. Her dismissive attitude and lack of accountability further exacerbated an already frustrating situation.Overall, my experience with U-Haul's customer service under Luisa's management was deeply unsatisfactory. I would caution against relying on this service for any rental needs due to the poor communication, unhelpful attitude, and lack of support demonstrated by Luisa and her team.

Amazing service, friendly staff, they saw us struggling to start our car, one of the worker from this location came out and help us jump start our vehicle while before we have to go to our insurance services.Indeed best facility for all U-haul services.

I never thought I would say this about a storage company but I truly love this place. This company and the employees that work here are extremely nice and they're not just "in it for the money" like most storage companies are! Cassidy went above and beyond to help me and I am forever grateful!!!

Pretty awesome storage company in a town where there aren’t many places you can store your vehicle in a climate controlled unit.To add to that, they go above and beyond by starting your vehicle twice a month while you’re gone so you don’t have to fully prep your vehicle for long term storage. All that for a very reasonable price. I definitely would recommend if you’re in the military and are leaving for a set period of time. Kim will even send you pictures and videos of your vehicle while you’re gone! It’s a no brainer.

Receptionist is a total RBF. Lacks the skills of customer service and busy talking to her boyfriend over the phone while customers are waiting. First, they told me I was already showing as having picked up the trailer in the system. Second, she wrote on a sticky note what serial number of trailer to get. Third, I went out by myself and had to inspect the trailer by myself. After I hooked it up, I noticed the ratchet strap to hold the car on was torn to shreds. Then I called and asked if they had a better trailer. She said I should go look around and find one. I did and when I hooked it up and checked everything, I noticed one tire was flat. No big deal, I called and asked them to air it up. When I drove to the maintenance bay, they put air in it and the sidewall had a 3 inch tear in it. I asked if they had another trailer. “No”. I asked if they had a spare tire. “No”. Then I went in and again she was on the phone. I was told to go to a different uhaul location. When I went there, they had not been forwarded my info. So I started the whole process over again.
