DICK'S Sporting Goods provides a great shopping experience with friendly and helpful employees. Staff members like Rosie, Nicole, Richie, Jake, Hayley, Issac, and Bo are noted as awesome, fantastic, sweet, and positive. They offer excellent service, from greeting customers and radioing for assistance to having multiple options ready, helping with selections like shoes and bikes, and making adjustments. Employees ensure customers feel helped and do not leave without needed services. The people are described as the greatest, making it always a great experience.
The associate working the shoe department wasn’t helpful. I stood for 5 minutes and he didn’t look up from his phone. I found another associate that assisted me her name was Abby and she was very helpful. Dicks need to do better with customer service.
