Called Today from 3:30pm until 4:30 I don't pm no one answered --I needed a car....but I'll go somewhere different.... I was supposed to have a reservation but I guess that was a joke on me!

Obviously a biased base business toward Soldiers. Hinesville depends on Fort Stewart for its economy and this location is at best discriminatory toward soldiers. Other customers were in the building and inoverhward their transaction. When I t was my turn the young man working there asked for my driver license. When he saw it was out of state he asked for an LES, and unit information. He did not ask the other customers this. He then stated because I was using a debit card he needed proof I was in the army. I asked why my government issued military ID didn't surface. Then he said he needed his manage. The manager saw in I had a govt credit card and said he's good to go. Why the extra because I am a soldier? I will spread the word about this location. They are typical of a business around an Army base where they make up rules for Soldiers. Sad indeed. Corporate complaint also filed.

Customer Service needs improvement. I would rather drive to Savannah to rent a car. If you happen to call when they first open they will answer and hang up the phone on you.Please do better with serving your community.Absolutely poor customer service!

One of thee best places I've done business with for rental cars. Their customer service every time I went was immaculate, accommodating, and welcoming. Traci L. Carswell truly made a difference every time I rented with them.

If you need to go one way, set it up WAY in advance. It's a small lot, so you will have to go to Savanah if not set in advance. My travel plans were uncertain, so I couldn't. But employees were nice and tried to accommodate.

Customer Service was good! The vehicle I rented was dirty inside and out. The seats were worn down, I've rented from different Enterprise locations for years and this location has the worst vehicles. Who would want to rent a vehicle that's unkempt

Where is the 10-star button? As a military spouse I have had to use Enterprise up and and down the East Coast, but the team as this location honestly set the bar today. I came in super stressed out after leaving my car at the repair shop, and left feeling like each and every team member heard my needs - and did all they could to accommodate me. NJ was not only knowledgeable, but his customer service was amazing. My experience was nothing short of incredible from the time I sat down!

Worst customer experience I've ever had, within the whole company in general, I was given a dirty vehicle and some of the sensors don't work correctly, reached out so many times to swap for a different one and neither customer service or the local office helped at all, two times I was told there would be a car reserved for me at the location, which is an hour away from me, and both times as I got there they say they're sold out, TWICE, these people must really think customers are stupid or something. Felt absolutely disrespected and wasted my time. They wouldn't do as little as try to make up for it, if I could give zero stars, I would.

9/25/23:I received exceptional customer service from John Lemmo (Mgmt Trainee) and Traci L. Carswell (Branch Manager).I had reserved a compact car for three or four days (in the past week) and was lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade.Again, both John and Tracy were professional, pleasant, active listeners who really made me feel comfortable and provided me options and solutions for my driving needs. Keep up the great work attitude and outstanding customer service!I rented from this particular enterprise branch at least 10 times in the last two years and will continue to do so. Thanks! ?

Enterprise provided me a car while mine was in the shop. Ms. Tracy was excellent in explaining the process and providing my rental. She was so nice and friendly. Mr. Roosevelt was very helpful when he picked me up and assisted me due to my disability. Overall a great experience with this company.

Rented a vehicle here for my business travel and the service they provided was commendable. Ms. Traci the branch manager was very knowledgeable and took care of me despite the store being closed due to the hurricane. Her efforts and the extra mile to serve her customers is truly appreciated. Highly recommend.

They took my rental fee out on wednesday, is what they told me, put it back thursday, is what they told me, took it again on Friday, now I'm in the hole at the bank, even if it didn't go back on thursday why didn't they take the money wednesday why did they wait till Friday when they told me they were taking it wednesday, so I saw the money was put back I paid bills now I'm in the hole... My late fees are going to be almost as much as my deposit was for the car... I will ever use Enterprise ever again... update, sent them the information they wanted and now they're ghosting me and I'm still being charged overdraft fees that they caused

I had the pleasure of dealing with the branch manager of this place. What an easy process to get everything taken care of she accommodated all my needs through my insurance claim. Definitely will be using this location for any rentals I need in the future.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This was my first time ever renting a vehicle on my own. Thanks to Traci and the wonderful woman in the return lane who helped me, this experience was fantastic. Traci was very informative and answered my questions with delight during my pickup. She helped me pick the best vehicle for my needs driving on the highway. The woman in the return lane (I never asked for her name) was very friendly and made my day. I would absolutely return here for my rentals. This place has the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Thank you!
